Never Received Product
I ordered from this company several times many years ago with no problems. However, it seems that they might have gone out of business in that time, and then reappeared as a fraudulent site, which I learned after this incident. Recently, I was happy to see their products available again and I ordered 2 containers of endurox R4 from them. Their shipping and tracking carriers were all over the place with the status, time, and location of my order. I came to find out they used JITSU for this service, which you'll find lots of shady reviews about them too. JITSU provided a clearly doctored photo of a beat-up box on my doorstep. In any case, I never received this product, and the customer service rep from Pacific Health Labs sent only one short reply (from their iphone!?!) stating that the product was delivered, and has not responded since. There is definitely something shady going on with both of these companies, which is too bad because I liked the endurox products.
