I hadn’t used Onsport before so I was a little concerned about buying from them even though their price for a wetsuit was very competitive. I shouldn’t have worried because there service and delivery was fast and easy.

Worst customer service.
Don’t bother with these guys just go straight to the real brand.
They sent a faulty product.
No apologies.
Sloppy and terrible service.

I have been waiting since 2 February for a refund for a faulty product. It is now 9 March. I keep getting fobbed off to say that the accounts team are sitting on it. Not getting any further feedback. I would not recommend them if you have an issue with your product - especially one that you've part paid with frequent flyer points.

I bought 3 pairs of 2XU tights on 26th January 2022 online and payment was immediately made through credit card account. A week later, I was informed by an email from Onsport that the order had to be cancelled without giving reasons. Though the payment was finally refunded in full, I had to suffer an exchange loss of more than 6% of the order sum. Why should Onsport accept the order hastily sacrificing the interest of its customer.

Absolute rubbish, I purchased the SKLZ basketball system and when it arrived for my 4 year olds birthday the pole was damaged to the point it was not able to be set up and used on the morning of his birthday. My son was devastated. Upon complaint I was told I had to repackage item (very large) at my own cost and send it back. The item would then be examined and maybe I would receive a new one or refund. This whole process potentially taking weeks.

Purchased an item in early December, and to date still have not received any indication of when we can expect item.
I've been told numerous times the item has been received, or is to be sent "shortly" this has been going on for over 1.5 months.

Ordered in December, no tracking updates, no info... Silence.
I reach out and they say they have no stock of the item and never will have the item. So got refunded as vouchers and made another purchase. 2 weeks later same story... This is not a real company suspect they are a scam company.

I placed an order for Garmin Instinct Solar Graphite watch on 11th Jan 2022 when it was on special. It's now been a month 11th Feb 2022 and still no sign of delivery. No proactive in communication. When I contacted, I always receive the generic response saying stock got delayed from manufacture and should be arriving the warehouse within a week or two. Same watch is still selling on web site for full price. If no stock why still selling.

The s shows I received seem like they’re half a size too small
I’ve always used 8US however this show feels like a size and 7 and I unable to run in them

Avoid this seller!!! Bought a bike for my daughter three weeks ago, they advertise shipping 2-4 business days. After waiting for 2 weeks I contacted them and they said they would ship this week, but today they just cancelled my order. They sell something they don’t have stock, they could tell me this when I order with them, they could tell me when I checked with them last week. But no, they keep lying, saying they will ship my order and then suddenly cancel last minute. My daughter won’t get her birthday present on time. Never buy from this seller or you may be fooled like me. Onsport is a dishonest seller who does not even deserve one star.

The watch is the main thing I ordered. Its fine, all good.
But I also ordered a pack of playing cards, which was never in the delivery.
I let it go for a little while thinking it may be backordered, Christmas rush or something.
But anyway, should I still be waiting for it?
