Had an issue with a broken unit

Had an issue with a broken unit. Contacted them via website and the lovely Jenny sorted everything out for me and maintained contact throughout the whole process. An absolute star

Excellent customer service

I unfortunately received a faulty product at the beginning of the year. It ran perfectly for the first 3 months then would not turn back on or work. I contacted ProBreeze and informed them of the problem, they responded pretty much straight away asking for my order details. We had a few emails back and forth that were extremely quick and informative, within a day they had dispatched me a new product with no cost to me, which arrived two days later. Their customer service is excellent, and their team are very helpful in resolving problems. I would definitely use their company again for this fact alone. Thanks so much!

Top Customer Care!

Jenny from Pro Breeze Customer Care has been so supportive and helpful! She was able to help me with a purchase that I’ve been looking to make for weeks but said out of stock online and she helped with the problems that had occurred. She was also very quick with her replies! All customer care assistants should be like her!
