I unfortunately received a faulty product at the beginning of the year. It ran perfectly for the first 3 months then would not turn back on or work. I contacted ProBreeze and informed them of the problem, they responded pretty much straight away asking for my order details. We had a few emails back and forth that were extremely quick and informative, within a day they had dispatched me a new product with no cost to me, which arrived two days later. Their customer service is excellent, and their team are very helpful in resolving problems. I would definitely use their company again for this fact alone. Thanks so much!
