I am less then impressed with my experience with obdprice.ca. I made an order on April 17th, 2026 for a IM508S pro kit, as well as 3 packs of 5 Universal IKEY and a APB112. everything went well up till that point, but once that was done, it has been nothing hurdles after hurdle.

For one, the shipping was not quick in the slightest (Shipped from China) and on top of that, they had failed to inform me that my package wasn't gonna be sent together. Once I received the IM508S, I did not receive the IKEY's, XP400 nor the APB112. I sent them an email wondering what was going on, and that is when they informed me that those where shipped separately do to a stocking issue (which I was not notified of). they provided the new tracking number for it, and I thought that was then end of it. Little did I know, once I received my package, it did have the IKEY's and the XP400, but my $300 APB112 that I ordered was not in the package when they stated to me that it would be.

It is now May 5th, and I am currently once again trying to contact them to see what is going on and I am really not impressed on how my experience has been going so far. This is the first order I placed for my business, and there has been so many hurdles for something that should've been extremely straight forward!

Have used this service for the past three years now and am very happy with my interactions and their performance.
Great products and very good pricing, for my small shop they've been excellent.

Customer service was slow to answer. It took me 1,week to buy an upload but once communication was made the process was fast. Also it was confusing because the site directed you to what’s up but also need to contact them by email so I had to use both to receive an answer. Price was good. Communication was poor. Service was good. It would be nice if there was a follow up email to advice you that the upgrade has been done

Originally purchased MS906BT from this company and had no issues. When I needed to renew software license, this company had the best price! Honestly, was a little worried/skeptical, but based on experience with original device purchase, I purchase the update from them.
Less than a day (Saturday), I received an email confirming my purchase and device information and informed me that update would be processed with no actions necessary by myself.
By the following Monday, the license had been updated and expiration extended! Highly recommend!

Great service came very quickly easy to install much better price then others for same service , will use this service again

So far so good. My 7 year old elite was still able to update. Few hiccups with memory. Had to transfer some memory to external storage. In the end it worked. I'm not sure how many more updates the original elite will last...considering memory restrictions and also future technology changes. Took 3 days for update permission to be applied because of weekend most likely.

I have been trying to get the upgrades for my altel. I ordered the one year subscription it's day number four and I still haven't been given the chance to download them. Then while trying to get answers as to why I have to use an AI function that doesn't respond instead of actually talking to a person.

Software update for my Autel MP900 went smoothly.

Very good pricing for their software updates. My scan tool had issues during one of the updates and the maxisys app stopped working. Their assistance was outstanding and we worked through the issue until rectified. Can't thank you enough. Do yourself a favour and just use these guys!

I bought an Autel MK808BT PRO scanner 2 years ago, mainly because I needed a scanner to do brake maintenance and repair on my wife’s Forester and my Outback, both with electric parking brakes. The MK808BT made for a diy job as simple as with my older cars. With the scanner connected with the bluetooth adapter, I can put the car in maintenance mode and special functions to do the brakes, and when finished, put it out of maintenance mode with no fuss and go for a ride. I also used it to read the codes on my daughter car that had a check engine with a couple of other lights lit all over the dash: I then found a p0700 code pointing to the automatic transmission. After her repairman changed the transmission fluid, all was fine.

The service is fast!! Within 12 hours I had access to my account code. Customer service is fast! Price is affordable! Will buy again!

Software purchase was a good value and an easy transaction. Communications were easy to understand and kept me informed of how the activation process worked. Within 48 hours product activated an my tablet updated automatically without me having to enter a validation code or anything. My. bank account was not charged until my update was activated. It was nice to see I could go to their website and get a discount. I just work on a few cars and the full price was too much. I did not want to lose app upgrades.

Never buy from here. Seems cheap but once update finishes you will not able to use it anymore. Very disappointing.
