Avoid at any costs

Avoid at any costs! The entire experience with Easeway / NÜ Car ( 2352 Marginal Los Ángeles, Carolina, 00979, Puerto Rico) made via rentalcars.com feels dishonest, corrupted and deceitful, to say the least.

Begin with, after landing in San Juan, Puerto Rico, we waited more than 30 minutes (not 10 as advertised) for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport to the location based outside of the airport.

We made FULL coverage insurance online wirh rentalcover.com, but when we pickedup the car, NÜ Car Rental agent said they are not accepting this insurance and that we must make another insurance with them. After long phonecalls and emails, reluctantly we paid again we purchased insurance lead to believe a full coverage (the same as the insurance we got before) right? wrong! ! Upon returning the car, Easeway/NÜ Car Rental, san juan airport, charged us $500 for a miniature scratch that admittedly, according to the agent, cost $100 to fix. Well, apparently, the forced insurance mandated by "easyway" didn't cover it.

Now, it has been two weeks that we are calling and emailing to recover some of the insurance owed us but the NÜ Easeway car rental agents and their corporate office avoiding us and practicality hanging up on is when we call to inquire. Extremely tedious and costly experience to endure on our honeymoon.
