Terrible zero customer service
Terrible zero customer service. Online chat refers to WhatsApp, which refers to email. They never respond. Was menat to get in three days, it has been over a month. Do not trust this is a scam. Typical poor US company.

Fraud and Scam
I ordered two flash drivs. Told it would arrive on 09-22-2025, and did not, told it would arrive instead on 09-25-2025 and it still did not. Contacted them, and said it would take much longer. I requested the order be cancelled and they said they had cancelled it and I would receive a refund within ten business days. Ten business days has past, I reached out sending three different emails to find out what’s going up and refund status…no response. They do not even response to the message I sent them on the website either. This is scam and fraud, buyers beware.
SCAM
I placed an order 8 days ago. The expected delivery was 3 to 5 days. Over the past 4 days there has been any movement or progress on my order - besides charging my credit card. I've called their phone number 6-10 times a day - no answer, used their WhatsAPP contact, sent several messages - no response and even emailed them daily - no response. My opinion, this is a scam and I recommend not using this company. Payment for goods without receiving it is Fraud, especially when all forms of communication is ignored.
