Complete and utter lack of service.
I had the “pleasure” of chatting with an employee named Diandra. I was interested in purchasing a doll from their website but their description and the pictures used did not match. In the description (still being used) it is mentioned that the doll wears a coat and a hat, which aligns with picture number 4. However, not the other ones used. I’m confused about that so I reach out. Her first response, without bothering to read my message is: “all available items you’ll find on our website”. Then I mention the picture and again a one-liner: “all the pictures are the same”. I’ve doubled checked again just now and they aren’t. Then I mention the description again and the response I get is “we’ve forwarded the information to the relevant department about the description”. Great, but how does that help me further? What a waste of my time and an utter lack of service. I will not be spending my money here, ever. Useless..

Part of the toy was missing and no response
Ordered a toy from Sebra but all the soft animals in the set were missing when I got the order. Have tried to get in contact in over a week but no response, phone is off and email addresses are not working.
Do not order from here!

The main item of my order arrived damaged, most likely due to the way it was packaged, and I still have zero reaction from the customer service after several emails. They are completely ignoring a legitimate request. I would definitely recommend to shop elsewhere.
Responsive, positive customer care experience
I was a real pain customer - wanted to change the order but it was already packaged, had questions on free shipping, signed up with two different email addresses, asked them to delete one account and transfer to the other account.
The lovely woman on customer service accommodated everything I asked and did it within minutes, catching my package just before it exited the door, and sorting out the other requests too!
I will definitely use them again and am grateful for a responsive and positive customer care experience.

Great quality products and amazing customer service
I recently bought several products from nature baby, all great quality and all delivered to my doorstep the day after the purchase.
One of these products was in stainless steel and had a deep scratch on it (most likely production flaw). I immediately sent customer service an email with a picture and Camilla made sure I received a new one the very next day.

Unfortunately, they forgot to pack one igen to my order. I emailed the customer service late afternoon and the next morning, an e-mail in my inbox with a confirmation that they were sorry for the inconvenience and would express ship the missing item the same day.
