Ordered a couple of items - very easy process and items were nice. No problems with my items and I kept them.

Both compost bins were slightly damaged and from the packaging appeared to be returns deemed suitable for resale. Therefore not the best service as these really should have been sold as seconds. However given they're for me and will likely suffer wear and tear fairly soon, I decided it wasn't worth returning them.

Have been ordering from this company for many years but won't use them again. Latest order damaged in transit so evri didn't deliver. Evri asked to contact spark retail ehich I did. No reply to email. Send email to natural collection. No reply. 4th evening phoned customer service. Very unfriendly person. As they send it to the wrong address on top of everything else they could not send out another order not sure why but had to refund. Overall nothing but hassle.

Very pleased with the fit and quality of the clothes and earrings. Problem free delivery and I love being able to buy organic and fairly traded goods at a reasonable price.

Ordered several items including women's clothing, hair dyes, wash egg plus refill. Most arrived beautifully packaged and promptly, with useful advisory note about one blouse that needed a little extra time for delivery. Good quality products.

I've shopped with Natural Collection for many years now. I order online and you get notified about delivery, no issues!

I recently ordered jewellery & 2 headscarves which arrived promptly. However, the scarves were too large & I posted them back to the address stated by first class post. They have apparently not been received & Royal Mail are unable to find them!
I am now £84.19 out of pocket & will not order again unless a better returns system is in place !

Unfortunately the LoofCo Bathroom cleaning pad was disappointing . It was very bulky to hold comfortably and the rounded shape meant that to made cleaning into corners impossible . I ordered two but returned one unused as unsuitable

Very efficient ordering and good delivery. Shower head I ordered not fit for purpose. Supposed to save water the water comes out so slowly it takes twice as long to shower.

Purchased two Christmas Stockings in green velvet with a taupe linen top. They arrived on time and exceeded expectation. Beautifully made and large enough to be useful and fill with little bits and pieces.

You had what I needed, my order was confirmed quickly and it all arrived in a couple of days or so.

Natural Collection is great. It has such a brilliant selection of items, I like that there's a little bit of ethical information with the item on the product page. The delivery is quick and items arrive in a good state, and they send you lots of email updates about the whereabout of your item when sending it.

Natural Collection has a great range of products, especially of the eco & sustainable variety. The site is nice & easy to navigate and the shopping experience is straightforward. I've always been very happy with the quality of the products I've received. If I had a couple of little niggles, it would be that the turnaround time can be a bit slow and the courier used is Evri (who aren't the most reliable and regularly dump parcels outside my building then claim it's been left in a 'safe place' - given that it's on a busy street, this isn't true). Overall though, I highly recommend Natural Collection :)

Ordered a couple of items (order 984449) and when i log into my account the website states: Standard Delivery (UK orders will normally be received within 5 working days.) I ordered on Monday, it's now Thursday and the items have not even been dispatched yet. I was told my order would be dispatched yesterday, so it's all very slow and confusing. Spoke to someone today who was very defensive about it all. Not great.

Lovely cotton shirt, dispatched in paper packaging. Very happy with how it looks and feels - lightweight so perfect for a hot day when you want to cover up.
