I was very clear with them them that I…

I was very clear with them them that I needed a car quickly. He told me he had a couple cars available for fast delivery.

Soon as I paid and the 14 day get out period had expired he immediately extended delivery times and then continued to do so every time the new date approached.

This company is a scam. They give made up timescales and then force people to cancel due to 3-6 month delays and then charge £500 to get out.

Con man tactics - avoid!!!!!

Con man tactics - avoid this company!!! Judging by the reviews here, this is a common trick of theirs. More fool me.

Just to be 100% clear - This all happened in 24hrs
30/5 @ 11.15 email received (we have 2 cars on 4 week delivery)
30/5 @ 13.19 finance submitted
31/5 @ 13.14 finance approved but we have no cars available now

Applied for a specific car /spec on 4 weeks lead time, then once the finance was approved, both cars had been allocated! Was offered a factory order or a more expensive option (which technically should have been less - free standard colour as opposed to metallic) = another sneaky tactic to fleece people, was this car imaginary too?

They are the only company in the UK who "claimed" to have any stock, everyone else is on factory order (Oct / Nov) so to then find a 3rd car, I find absolutely hilarious.

Can't wait for this clowns response......

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Would give 0 if I could!

Very poor experience with National Vehicle Solutions trading as Venus Vehicle Solutions. My wife ordered an Audi Q5 from them on 25th February 2020 and they confirmed it would be delivered on 31st March 2020. Lockdown then happened on 23rd March 2020 and we were informed that the car was still in Germany and there would be a delay for a few months. Being a key worker she was in desperate need of a vehicle so ended up purchasing another from a family member, when she wanted to cancel because they failed to deliver within the specifed timeframe as per their T&C's the leasing company was insistent that she owed them £500 cancellation charge which she disputed but now threatening with court action. The decent thing to do would be to either waive the cancellation charge or reduce it by 50% but owner Simon Venus will not listen and is not sympatetic about the fact we are in a global pandemic. We want to resolve amicably but he is threatening court action if we don't pay. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Reply from National Vehicle Solutions

Thank you for taking the time to leave a creative review that resembles a David Walliams fictional novel as opposed to a factual turn of events, for example your delivery was confirmed. The vehicle was in the UK and then the whole country locked down, so delivery was postponed due to the pandemic, awaiting further Government advice; it was never delayed. We also trade as National Vehicle Solutions. Your account has more holes than a moth eaten blanket but let's not let facts get in the way of a defamatory revenge review shall we? It's a shame we can't take to multiple sites to warn other businesses about your lack of core values and integrity; that you'll inundate a company with in excess of 100 emails and calls, in a way to try and wear them down so much that they'll then amend and change their terms of business to suit you. Thankfully the entitled kind are limited and we encounter them scarcely, but when we do; they think that the rules apply to everyone else other than them. You were aware of our terms of business when you placed the order. You have complained to us, when not happy with the result you then complained to the BVRLA. The BVRLA found in our favour, resulting in your dissatisfaction, so you then complained to the Financial Ombudsman, who also did not proceed with your complaint. Again not happy, 15 months after the event you have resorted to revenge reviews across 3 separate sources. Should there have been any hesitation from us to send the matter to court, your latest tactic (which to be honest says an awful lot about you), has made our decision for us. Having just passed our June 2021 external audit, we're confident that our paperwork is water tight, so will expedite the matter to court. Terms of business are never negotiable, you agree a deal at the start; we stuck to it; unfortunately you didn't and threatened us with complaints and negative reviews; thankfully when you leave these in a public place, we can also respond publicly.

Various Issues,better brokers out there

We have had numerous issues with NVS and are writing this review to hopefully avoid someone else going through what we have.

All correct documentation has been sent over to NVS to facilitate a quick delivery on the vehicle. (Website stated a March delivery - we got it much much later, but that's another story).

It turns out that these documents were not processed correctly and that resulted in a late payment on our part despite the fact that we had done everything 'correctly'. Due to their incompetence we now have a black mark on our flawless credit rating.

In addition, they appear to have very junior support staff who have been unable to answer simple questions on various occasions and believe this incompetence is the reason why our credit agreement was set up incorrectly and has resulted in late fees.

Avoid like the plague. There are better brokers out there. I would not use them again or recommend them.

P.S Our 'new' car didn't even come with mats - but understand this can happen, or can it?

Don't care about customer, just sales!

I emailed them regarding a quote that may have expired and two weeks later have still had no reply.

There website is atrocious, "live chat" is actually just an email form, no one responds unless it is to follow up on a sale. Avoid!

There customer reviews are all surprisingly managed in house so of course are glowing!
