Fraudulent !!!
I had a very disappointing experience with MyTopTour. The website strongly resembles an official monument ticketing platform, which can easily mislead customers into thinking they are booking directly through an authorized source. Prices were significantly higher than official rates. For example, I paid 192€ for Château de Versailles tickets which normally cost around 84€. In addition, the available timeslots were limited and not convenient. I also came across feedback from other customers indicating that some expensive tickets may even be invalid, which led me to repurchase tickets through the official website for safety. I subsequently requested a cancellation and refund several times, but received no response at all. Based on my very bad experience, I strongly recommend checking official websites before booking and exercising great caution when using this platform.

Do not use these guys
Do not use these guys, I booked tickets for the Royal Palace in Madrid, their website gives the impression they are the official site, only if you scroll down to the very end in small print it says they are an agency. Their tickets are over double the price of the official palace site and they refused a refund.

It’s a frauduleux website !
I paid €29.90 for a ticket, while the official price on site is around €15. This significant price difference was not clearly explained at the time of purchase.
Furthermore, it was stated that an audioguide was included. However, on site, I was informed that no physical guide was provided. This information is misleading, as it suggests that guidance is included, which is not the case.
I consider that these elements constitute a misleading presentation of the service, and I am requesting a partial refund corresponding to the price difference.

Avoid My Top Tour at all cost. Not an official ticket operator for monument visits. Unreachable customer service, not transparent, much more expensive than the official website (for which they do their best to come across as the official one). These people should be ashamed of theirselves. Zero addition to society, they should be prosecuted.

This is a fraudulent company posing as a legitimate tour operator. In a rush, I didn’t realize it wasn’t the official site and ended up paying €116 for what was advertised as a Versailles experience (including Domaine de Trianon and a Seine trip). However, the actual ticket I received was only worth €20. When I contacted them, they claimed the rest was “service charges,” but there was no real service—no guide, no added value, and the audio guide is free anyway.
On the official Palace of Versailles site, the full ticket costs around €44, which makes this even more misleading. They also push you to download an app and promise support, but it’s all fake. There are many similar complaints online, yet they still present themselves as legitimate. Definitely a scam—avoid at all costs.

Misleading pricing and zero transparency.
I was charged double the official ticket price through a website that appears to be an official provider. Only after payment did I receive tickets showing a much lower face value.
There was no clear breakdown of fees, no transparency about the markup, and the additional services provided did not justify the price.
Customer support was unhelpful and refused any partial refund, hiding behind terms and conditions instead of addressing the issue.
This feels like a deliberately confusing setup designed to overcharge customers.
Do not book here. Compare with the official website first.

However, confirming that you are not the official ticket provider only reinforces my point: this is not made sufficiently clear during the purchase process.
The issue is not that you offer additional services, but that the pricing lacks transparency. At no point before payment was there a clear breakdown showing how much was for the official ticket and how much was for your services.
Paying €60 and then receiving tickets with a face value of €15 each, without a clear explanation beforehand, is misleading.
Regarding the “additional services”, these were neither clearly differentiated nor of a level that would justify such a significant markup. Basic reservation management and a downloadable audioguide do not reasonably explain paying double the official price.
While I appreciate your response, it does not address the core issue: lack of clear and upfront pricing transparency.
I hope you take this seriously, as this kind of experience damages customer trust.
