Unacceptable: Opened Protein with Mold
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from MyProtein. The protein powder I received was already opened and had visible mold inside, which is completely unacceptable for a food product.
This raises serious concerns about quality control and safety standards. Products like this should never pass inspection, let alone be shipped to customers. It’s not just inconvenient—it’s potentially dangerous.
I expected much better from a well-known brand. I hope this issue is taken seriously and that stricter quality checks are implemented to prevent this from happening again. I would strongly advise others to be cautious until this is addressed.

Product specs that are just not true.…
I ordered a metal shaker that is listed to have a removable stainless steel ball inside to help shaking but it is not true. It hasn't have the ball. I ordered that shaker because I wanted a shaker with a ball. So disappointing! I contacted their Customer Service about it and they just ansewered "yeah, we know it doesn't have the ball we say it does have" and closed the case. I wonder how many other things they are selling that are not what they say they are...
