Disappointing to say the least

Have used this company several times.
Normally very good. This time however there shipping has let them down. Shipping times listed on Web sites are crap. Will not arrive in that time for event. Even with express shipping. Items will arrive after the event. Absolute waste of time and money.
I would strongly recommend going with a different company.

Awesome product, awesome communication

I have had the best experience with Myfacesocks. Communication is excellent, customer service is excellent, parcel delivery is excellent. I had an issue with one of the shirts with sizing. I emailed the company and got a very quick response and a fast resolution. The shirt was remade and shipped to me with no cost. The team in customer service were wonderful to deal with. Thank you so much, love the products and would highly recommend !

Pajamas are NOT as pictured

This company is great UNTIL you receive the order that doesn't look like the website photo. Women's shorts arrived knee length (not as pictured) and I'm now out of pocket to have them hemmed. Myface asked for the hemming receipt which I provided and now a week later (post hemming) are telling me they can't reimburse for the hemming without a photo of the original product. The hemming cost wasn't worth the amount of back and forth I've had to endure with this company. I do not recommend.

Definitely getting another in the future

Putting the design together using my phone was a little challenging and repetitive, however the result at the end was well worth it.
The card looks amazing and I can't wait to see my sons reaction when I give it to him for Christmas.
I will be recommending this to others.

The fabric is really disappointing

The fabric is really disappointing - it feels plastic-like and has lots of static. I thought because it was an Australian website that the product would come from Australia but coming from overseas it didn't make it in time for my husband's birthday party which is why I had them made.

Amazing!!! Super fast delivery…

I ordered 19 sarongs in various sizes with a personalised face image on them, the delivery was super fast, and I mean super fast as in 6 days and 2 of them being a weekend. The sarongs are amazing, definitely on the smaller size so size up maybe 1-2 sizes but they will be fine for us girls..

Poor service and product.

I ordered personalised socks for my husband's first Father's Day. While they arrived quickly, one of the socks had someone else’s face on it, which was very disappointing.
The quality was also poor, the socks weren’t made of cotton, and the printed design stretched out and showed the white fabric underneath. Because of the mix-up and the low quality, I requested a refund instead of a replacement.
At first, they only offered a partial refund, claiming the product was expensive to make, despite the error being entirely theirs. After several more emails, and only after I referenced my rights under Australian consumer law and questioned where the missing sock was (which featured my daughter’s face), they finally agreed to a full refund.
Overall, the experience was a waste of time, with poor customer service and a low-quality product.

Don’t order darker faces

Ordered 2 pairs, one of them was my dog’s face, she’s black. This one turned out awful- basically just a black smudge. They need to work on printing darker faces. The other pair was good.
