AVOID!!

AVOID!!!
Sent loupes for repair in warranty. Repair wasn’t done for weeks. Sent loupes back still broken but now with glue on the glass lense. Emailed and no response. formal complaint made, 2 weeks later still nothing !!!!

Theo offers a truly amazing customer service! I had some issue with my Ergoloupes a few years after purchase and Theo personally met me as soon he was made aware and had the problem sorted very swiftly. Thank you .

After 2 years still no loupes or refund

I “purchased” the Ergo loupes in August 2023, and two years after being paid, I still have not received the product. The customer service has been absolutely terrible—constantly making excuses, providing false updates, and offering no real solutions. Despite numerous follow-ups, I’m still waiting for either the loupes or a refund.

This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Deleted reviews

After a colleague booked a demo, I recommended she reads their reviews, and I noticed my original review has been deleted.

I checked my emails and they reported that I had reviewed the wrong company!

Ironic considering one of the 5 star reviews here is from the owner who did my demo.

I purchased my loupes in 2023

I purchased my loupes in 2023, and the price was affordable. There was good service at the time, and I was informed about the 3 year warranty - which was great.
However, the service since my purchase date has been really bad.

I've been waiting on a frame repair, and received nothing. I've had to chase them through email, Instagram, WhatsApp and various other channels.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but if you're planning to make a purchase of loupes, I would suggest spending a bit more to get quality customer service.

I've now been without my loupes for 2 months - waiting for a repair. The time isn't the critical part - the lack of communication is.

And when it's a piece of equipment that you're reliant on everyday, it's worth investing in a company that will look after you.

This has been a lesson for me, so I hope that this translates for anyone else considering using MyErgo.

Customer care needs improvement

I met the rep who demonstrated the various models and was nice enough. I placed an order on 11th Feb and they didn’t arrive until the end of May (supposed to come in 7-9 weeks). I had to chase them up multiple times for updates and there were constant delays. The loupes themselves seemed well-built and good quality but the pupillary distance was wrong. I decided to get a refund because they weren’t much better than my other loupes and didn’t want to wait however long it would take for adjustments. The refund took 8 working days to be issued. Think customer care really needs improvement

Exceptional customer Service

Exceptional customer Service, thoroughly explained and shown all the different options. Xavier was very patient answering a ton of questions I had as it will be my first time working with these.
I was highly recommended by other colleagues as be apparently it makes a nice difference to your neck and back, therefore I am really looking forward to it.
It was clear from the beginning that after you confirm your order it takes +-8 weeks till you have it. Also they offer very reasonable prices and payment options.

Disrespectful customer service

If it were possible, I would leave a zero-star review.

I had a good demo and communication with the company last year 2024, so I returned in March this year to make a purchase, bringing two colleagues who were also interested in buying ergo loupes.
However, this time, the communication felt off from the start. When I inquired about a possible discount for multiple purchases, as a final step before my buy, I was completely........ ghosted, with no response. This happened on 6th March, and on 8th March, they had increased their prices on website.

When I emailed the company, the response I received had nothing to do with my inquiry. They had clearly mixed up emails and included personal details of another customer, who mentioned that his headband strap had broken. (good to know!) After that, my email was ignored entirely.

This is the most unprofessional customer service imaginable.
One of my colleagues reached out to me today, asking about my experience with this company, and I can confidently say: I do NOT recommend them. If you don’t want to waste money and additionally get a headache, stay away.

And no, I will not remove this review unlike another customer who faced numerous issues with their purchase but now seems to have deleted their complaint.

Ignoring someone is a deeply disrespectful and unacceptable approach with no justification, and potential clients deserve to know what to expect sooner or later.

I can see on your most recent enquiry that you were looking to get the previous year prices when you had your demo and additional discount by bringing in other people who had not yet had a demo. Unfortunately we are not able to give this to you due to the time elapsed.
We do also find it unkind to call our products a waste of money when you have never bought anything from us. We wish you all the best looking for loupes with another provider

Excellent

My first impression was frustrating due to the delay in my loupes. HOWEVER, the loupes were soooo great that I am angry at myself for not buying them earlier from these guys and absolutely worth the wait. On top, the guys were very professional in dealing with the delay which at the end was very important to me the service I received. Hence the good review.

I was looking at other loupes, and diff makers, these guys had the best price and the loupes feel and look so great. Don't waste time searching elsewhere. The wait is 10000% worth it. This is a real review from a real dentist and not a bot or fake review.

Buy from elsewhere

Haven’t had the loupes a year yet and have had multiple faults. The company seem very helpful and provide fantastic service when looking to purchase them, as soon as they’ve had your money to get any help from them (or even to get the loupes themselves) is like getting blood from a stone.

Very happy with the loupes and light

I purchased my 5x Ergo loupes in September 2023 and have been using them daily in the clinic ever since. I have been thoroughly impressed with both the product and the service.

When the loupes first arrived, the customer service team was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the selection process and promptly answering all my questions. A few months later, I accidentally dropped my loupes, but the team quickly provided an emergency replacement within 48 hours and had my original pair repaired within a couple of weeks. Their support was consistently excellent throughout.

The loupes themselves are outstanding—crystal clear, lightweight, and comfortable enough to wear for long procedures. They’ve significantly improved my work quality and reduced eye strain.

I highly recommend them to any clinician considering an investment in high-quality loupes. I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service.

Excellent Loupes and Service

Had a great experience with dealing with this company and am very happy with the refractive 6.5x loupes I have received so far. These are the first refractive loupes I’ve ever owned and the learning curve has been pretty quick. The quality on these has been solid and the 3 batteries provided last long enough for several long procedures and can easily be switched out even when they run out.

Would recommend to all! Excellent customer service topped it all off.

Best loupes I’ve had

Best loupes I’ve had. Tried more expensive competitors, which didn’t work out. These loupes have changed my outlook on work and made it bearable. No longer in a massive amount of pain working as the refractives have improved my posture no end. The loupes are light and comfortable with excellent clear vision.

I’ve had my loupes for 3 years now and…

I’ve had my loupes for 3 years now and I couldn’t have asked for better! Thanks for Theo for seeing me and finding me the best loupes I could have dreamed of. No other company charged such fair prices (rather the opposite!)
They have been so useful and very upset to see these literal Karen’s saying otherwise!
