Me and my family have just come back from a recent trip to Pakistan via Qatar Airways. As expected, it went smooth and there were no issues at all.

Finally, my advice to anyone looking to book directly via online searches, don't do it!!

I have been there and although saved a few pounds initially, I had the worse service and got messed about and took ages to get my money back.

Fantastic professional, helpful and respectful customer service. Nothing was too much, after checking documents i realised that my wife's NICOP had just expired spoke to Imran and within a few minutes he reassured me not to worry and that he would help make a immediate online application to make it easy for me. Hey presto 24 hrs later visa had been granted. This level of professional and caring customer service has to be commended.
