Don’t Trust This Company, We have experience with them, You see good prices First.. Everything as you want until you pay the system and open B2B! after That! They even don’t answer.. Ticket change which fee was 10$ they take 170$
hi, ْwe are a travel agent, we made a reservation number MRD325337D4B2U in October 2024 in Plaza Inn Doha, From multireisen before checking we received an email that the reservation has been canceled for no reason. so We have requested a refund for our cancelled reservation since October 2024, but to no avail.

Mr Sharif the MD of the company is vanished along with his team specially her Assistant Azin who is also a part of his scam
Looters in Town.
Cancelled all our active bookings and took refund from airline without any notifications. The support and office phones are not working/responding. Account Manager Azin Jodeiri acting like a cleaner, she dont have any reply or solutions to solve the issue.
And she telling to spend another 18,000 euros to buy their booking engine. lol
Please stay away from this looters. Now we are grouping with other agents who loose money same like us and trying to make them famous
I alos have a deposit of 50k euro with 39 refunds. Let us all gather to claim our deposit back

Just be very careful dealing with this company, After they sent me a job offer, they simply disappeared and stop replying to my calls or emails, they could simply inform me that the offer is canceled, likely I didn't resign from my job, very disappointing experience.
The sales team was good and I have received a good offer from them no doubt about it. After going live we had lot of things that was not captured in the API Test Mode. The support team is really useless and never responds on time, which really makes us go bonkers.
They have a good platform but not a good tech team. RAMP UP YOUR ABILITY RESPOND SWIFTLY
