Mr Pets 

I do a lot of online shopping but have never left reviews of a company until today! I placed my first order with Mr Pets for two items which were shown as in stock on their website. The payment was taken straightaway but after waiting three weeks my order had not arrived and I had not received any communication from them. I contacted them and they said they had stock problems but would refund me. I am still waiting for the refund (it is for a very small amount), but I am so glad I did not place a larger order. They have also emailed me asking me to return the products that I ordered (but never received!!). I’m posting this as I wanted to warn others, as their customer service is appalling and they have held on to my payment without providing the products that I ordered.

I should also add I seem to be getting a lot of spam calls after giving them my number.

Placed order Friday night followed up on order following Friday and told courier problems contacted again Wednesday to be told item out of stock and money refunded.

bought 2 products from them, they were delivered in perfect condition. Very happy.

Use Mr Pets many many times and never had a problem, always well priced.

My order consisted of one 1 litre bottle of Algorem what could possibly go wrong with only one item! First order never arrived after a week so had to contact customer service and they offered refund or re-send. I requested a re-send which arrived only to be the 500ml version! Again had to contact customer service who again offered refund or re-send. I've again requested a re-send so we'll see what turns up this time! I'd avoid this company if you want the correct item and want it quickly (first despatch notification came 3 days after I ordered)!

Very pleased to hear mr pets have taken xenex ultra spot on off sale. I was prescribed this by my vets and my guinea pigs had an adverse reaction too. Very proud that a company would put animal welfare over profit and I hope a lot more companies follow in your footsteps. And as for Nicola who left a previous review of this product, you should be very proud of yourself for alerting a company and helping to make such a big change for animals. Very pleased with mr pets for stepping up. :)

I only ordered feliway spray and flea drops.

I received the spray after 2 weeks (a long time to wait anyway)

waited a further 2 weeks and no delivery of the flea drops, I emailed asking whats happening and asked if they could resend them. 3 more weeks passed and I received the order!

Poor delivery service to be honest and not much cheaper than any supermarkets!

Order never arrived,
Support team was polite and telling jokes about Royal Mail, but I suppose they just answer questions and reply to reviews and not connected how bad their warehouse and logistics work

Having noticed my dog was itching i sent for some flea treatment having not recieved my treatment from mypets i rang customer services who said sorry and said i will send again nearly 3 weeks and still no flea treatment i decided the vet was the best bet having waited for so long untreated the vet said the dog had become a little poorly due to lack of treatment i rang them again only to listen to a load of rubbish and they still have not sent it and still no refund very very very poor company who dont care about pets just care about money please avoid this bad company unless you want to be treated poorly like me and my best friend !!

I recently alerted mr pets to a product they supplied , that causes adverse reaction on small animals. The product (xenex ultra spot on) was immediately withdrawn by Mr pets. Thank you for taking this step. eexcellent customer service

I purchased Feliway from MrPets due to a huge issue with my rescue cats and kittens. It arrived within the specified time and I was perfectly happy ( and so were my cats ) .
I had an issue with the Feliway that I didn't notice until Returns period but I contacted MrPets anyway.
I have dealt with many pet websites and didn't hold out much hope of help.
I couldn't of more wrong!
They contacted me within 24hrs and were extremely helpful!!!
I won't go into details but they have proved themselves caring and amazingly helpful and I won't be looking anywhere else in the future.
I'm not sure why the negative reviews have had the problems they have but I'm sure they COULD of resolved them with MrPets if they tried.

First time ordering form this company but have been really pleased with the service. I've been updated throughout the process and received my order on time. will be ordering from here again

I placed an order on May 29th payment was taken quickly and the website states delivery is 3-5 days. After the order didn't appear in 10 days I emailed and had a response stating it must be lost in the post. Another order was sent after checking the correct address etc. Again after waiting 10 days this order didn't appear. The service is terrible especially when items are needed quickly for pets. Please do not use this company it's a con!

Great advice about products, and my order was delivered quickly and fuss free - what more can I ask for!

I ordered Advocate for large to medium dog, I never received goods.

After I complained that I am still waiting for What I paid for, answer was
We have experienced technical difficulties with our website linking orders to out warehouse. We are currently looking into this and do apologies for the inconvenience.
Going forward, we have arranged for your order to be dispatched withing 24 hours and your order will be with you shortly.

That was four days ago! and still waiting!.

This must be a con website after your money with no intention of delivering what they promise like a lot of others out there....

I would strongly advise everybody not to deal with this web site at all and don't waste your money or time and I'm telling everyone I know that this site is a scam and that they're just trying to steal our money.

Bought a Feliway refill. 1st time I have used Mr Pets. Item was competitively priced and item was delivered within timescale quoted.
Would be happy to use them again.

I have a staffy and he gets through a lot of chew toys. Loves footballs but punctures them within 30 seconds. Bought the 10 inch Boomer Ball and although seems expensive for a 'ball' is absolutely worth every penny. I researched a few sites but Mr Pets by far the cheapest. He LOVES it, best toy EVER!! He plays with it forever, wears himself out, and it's still in one piece. Finally a toy that doesn't need replacing on a monthly or weekly basis.
