I bought the new Mojo2 because I was so happy with the original Mojo. Unfortunately, after many years, the battery died, and I began using a different DAC/amp. After seeing the release of the new Mojo2 and some positive reviews, I decided to purchase it and unfortunately chose Moon Audio as the purchase site. After receiving the Mojo2, I realized there was a soft, audible hiss when connected to earphones and Sennheiser 800 headphones. So, I returned the device and requested a refund. Moon did not provide a refund and instead sent me another Mojo2 (different serial #, but one that was clearly used) and informed me that they had "fixed" the problem. Unfortunately, the hiss was still present with sensitive earphones (Campfire Audio) though diminished with the Sennheiser. I looked online and found others complaining about this issue with the Mojo2. I sent the device back again repeating my original request of a refund. After their "restocking fee" and mailing costs x 2, I'm now out $100. Terrible customer service and a rip-off.

The cables I purchased were fine, just not quite a good fit for my system.
I was tempted to try the next higher model, which probably would be a good fit.
Frankly they seemed overpriced though.
What really held me up was the Return policy.
10% is significant and higher than any audio business I've ever dealt with.
Even worse, the 'free' shipping was taken out of the refund, and the 'free' shipping was FedEx overnight.
I did not ask for overnight shipping.
That cost me over $40!
I only live 21 miles from this business. Why the hell would they think I would need a set of cables the next day at that expense.
It cost me $7.40 to ship them back and that was 2 days.
So over $30 was pissed away on Moon's outrageous shipping charge.
Will I ever buy from Moon Audio again?

Quality products plus excellent customer service, I would definitely make more purchases in the near future.

I was 100% prepared to feel foolish for buying into the concept of silver cables. Happily, though, the first one I tried (Silver Dragon Premium USB) made such a difference that I followed up by ordering a 2nd one (Silver Dragon Coax) just a week or so afterwards. HUGE improvement in granularity & articulation of the soundstage. Literally had to hear it to believe.
Customer service I assumed no longer existed. Same-day fulfillment *even on custom order!*

I ordered a 10ft pair of bronze dragon speaker cables and paid the expedite fee. Ordered on a Monday and got them on Friday. Not bad! I was curious about the graphene used and figured that at only $1200 it was worth a risk. Money well spent! They are replacing $8,000 cables…. Only gripe is that I was not notified of shipment. I thought that odd. Will not hesitate to do business again!

When the Chord Mojo 2 was back in stock I got a notification right away. I was on the fence about purchasing it because I have an operational Mojo original that’s about 10 years old. I decided very quickly that if I wanted it I should get it now since it goes out of stock quickly. I’m glad I did. Moon Audio was the only vendor that had stock and they shipped my unit fast. It was a very good purchasing experience and I love the sound of the DAC/Amp. This is a win win!

Quality cable that makes a big difference in the sound of my system!

Easy to order. Fast processing for a custom made product. The product is very high quality. I feel much more secure using the Cardas Headphone cable over the stock cable. The sound is an improvement.
