On our 1st stay we were fortunate not to be amongst many other guests who were ill, some seriously, due to being served contaminated water.
Our 2nd stay was marred by a number of things, including poor service and patent dislike of guests who happen to be children.
A run-down hotel with a pretentious air of imagined grandeur, despite being well past its sell-by-date.
It makes a Britannia Hotel look like The Ritz.
Avoid and travel a short distance to a proper hotel, like The Belfry.

I had the most amazing stay at the moat house as my works Christmas party was held there, from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome, the room was amazing very warm and cosy and spotless I would definitely stay here again x
