Excellent service. Highly recommended

I opted for an end of tenancy clean with a few add-ons (e.g. carpet deep clean, upholstery clean...etc).
The experience was somewhat disappointing.

FYI - They outsource cleaning to other companies. Although pleasant staff attended to clean, the length of cleaning was significantly shorter than they had advertised. This probably shows why the property wasn't cleaned to the best standard.

The deep clean left plenty of dust in fairly obvious places, and some drawers in the kitchen were left untouched.
The upholstery was also left with dust and fluff left on them, presumably from not vacumming them properly before shampooing them.
The carpet still had hair in multiple places around the property. These are a few of many aspects of poor cleaning standards.

I probably won't be using them again or recommending them to anyone.

I booked the "Professional Moving-In Cleaning" which came with a 72-hour free re-clean guarantee, but the experience was highly disappointing.

On the first visit, the cleaners just sprayed chemicals and immediately wiped them off without any proper scrubbing. Because they didn't let the chemicals sit, a lot of dirt, stains, and mould were left behind, and they missed several spots.

I called them back for the guaranteed re-clean. While they did some scrubbing this time, they still didn't use the cleaning products correctly. They even claimed the remaining limescale and mould couldn't be removed. However, when I tried it myself and simply followed the bottle instructions (waiting 1–2 minutes for the chemicals to work), the stains came right off.

On top of that, they promised to call one hour before arrival, but they failed to do so for both visits.

I also paid for a sofa steam cleaning. Afterwards, they left puddles of water on the floor under the sofa. If I hadn't moved the sofa and caught it in time, it would have ruined my wooden floor.

Overall, a very poor experience. If your property only needs light dusting and wiping, they might be okay. But if you actually need a thorough deep clean, they absolutely will not cut it.

This is the second time we have used Miss Maid for end of tenancy clean. Have been very happy both times!

We moved into a property that had an end of tenancy clean by this company and the standard was absolutely disgusting.

The most basics were missed with food stains everywhere. The oven was left half done with a pool of grease and cream cleaner left behind. Window sills and frames were left and hair left in plug holes.

Can’t believe the quality from a ‘professional’ cleaner. We have had to instruct a reclean from another company who also couldn’t believe the standard. The last tenants should be due a refund and compensation for the hassle this has caused

Fantastic service, great quality and good price.

Booking process was quick and simple, costs are clear. However, I did not recieve an advance notice of the cleaners arrival twice despite confirming I will have it. Which affected me as I had to pay for an uber to get to property at least once. There were also a few things that were missed out completely at the clean. However it was easy to get a reclean for those.
