Extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product advertised on the website and the item actually received are NOT the same in quality, structure, or overall appearance.

The website photos present a tailored, premium-looking suit with structured fabric, sharp floral print, and polished construction. What arrived looked like a cheap mass-produced imitation made from thin, low-quality material with flat print quality and poor tailoring.

The company repeatedly tried to dismiss the issue as “lighting differences” and “spring/summer fabric,” which is absurd when the discrepancies are this obvious. This is not a minor variation — it is a completely different level of product quality from what is advertised.

Buyers should be aware that the product photos create a highly misleading impression of what you will actually receive.

Customer service initially offered only a small partial refund instead of taking responsibility for the misrepresentation.

I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company to research carefully before purchasing.

MieSuit Shop, after reading the reviews i starting emaiing them to verify this claims and what what shipping company will be handling my shipping.No response......I posted on all their platforms including watsup, NO response.....Went of Amozon its a different story .....Will definitely continue until they respond or refund my money ...Im skeptical about what I'm to receive, just want to cancel my order,unless they clarify this quality allegations, but by the way they are are non responsive, I am starting to believe the reveiws about them being a scam are true.

Kindly clarify the reviews that actually make me worry ,about the quality of the products, I placed 2 orders and after reading the reviews im getting very worried ,have those quality issues been adressed .I really spend a lot of money and cant afford to recieve poor quality product because its for a very important ceremony.

If you fail to respond I will post on every platform of yours and share all the reviews from the customers, clarify if the quality issues and service delivery issues have been rectified or refund my money immediately!! Are the claims true ,that all these images are AI and your products do not match this quality .

I like the product that I have seen and selected. I appreciate the email asking to confirm or double check the size of the item that I selected. Overall, the process to review, order, and prompt receipt of email communications was great.

Waited six week for merchandise to arrive when I finally received it, it was very poor quality. The pants did not match the jacket. The smell of bleach was overpowering. I didn’t even bother returning it, I Just threw it out. horrible experience. The pictures are very deceiving.

This just happened in April 2026, I stumbled on them on Instagram. I purchased a 2 piece suit of $168. By the time I received the suit, the fabric was made of very poor quality, nothing compared to what the description says. Everything about this suit was of a low and poor quality including the buttons and fabric.

I asked for a return label and they said return charges is between $60-$120. Another option was to receive a 30% discount. Which means i will only get a refund of $50. The third option was to exchange the clothing and they will still charge you for shipping. How ridiculous is that?

Run away from this company, they are scammers!

Order Not Shipped After Weeks – Very Disappointed

I placed an order with Miesuit on 11 March and, to this day, my item has still not been shipped.

After following up multiple times, I finally received a response on 25 March stating that my order would be “prioritized” and shipped via express air freight. However, I was then told that delivery could take until 5 May, which is almost two months after placing the order.

No tracking number has been provided, and there is still no confirmation that the item has actually been shipped.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers should not have to wait weeks just for an order to be processed, especially when “express shipping” is mentioned.

At this point, I am concerned about the reliability of this company and would advise others to be cautious before ordering.

I am requesting either immediate proof of shipment with a valid tracking number or a full refund.

First I have a delivery was way too slow. Order on 8th of February, delievered on 12th of March.
Delivered clothes were just too big, although we have ordered everything according to measurement and size table provided.
After I have requested return, I got a low ball offer to retain ordered suit(which doesn't fit) and 15% refund.
And of course, suplort is answering only once a day.

This website is a scam.

The items I received are completely different from what is advertised. The designs, fit, and details do not match the product photos at all. Sleeves are shorter, trousers are the wrong length, buttons are different — overall the items look nothing like the images on the website.

The quality is also very poor compared to what is shown online.

Customer service is extremely frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility, they try to delay the process by asking for measurements and pushing for remakes or partial compensation, while avoiding a proper refund.

This is clearly false advertising and misleading customers.

Do not trust the photos on this website - you will not receive what you see.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away and avoid wasting money here.

The initial order arrived relatively quickly (suit was of a good quality, but pants were smaller than advertised for an M size); so I asked to change it for a bigger size. They kindly offered to send the L size for a 20$ delivery fee and that I could keep the M ones - fantastic, right?

A month has passed, and I haven’t received the pants - I asked for the order to be cancelled after 3 weeks have passed and the order was not shipped, since they would not arrive on time. I asked for a return label for the entire suit.

They ignored my request and shipped the pants days after even though I explicitly and timely advised that no one will be able to accept that order nor it is longer required.
