Quality of product is below average. They also don’t post negative reviews for products which is a huge red flag especially when you’re shopping online. Spend your money elsewhere.

In love with the products. Much more durable than some jewelry I spent twice the amount on. Plus it’s carbon-neutral ❤️ Strongly recommend!

I have ordered many times from Mia Bijoux over the years and had no issues. I ordered earrings from them recently and did not like the items (3 of the same pair to give as gifts to my mom and sister), as the post for the earring was thicker than my earrings that I still have from when my ears were pierced, and the backing was an extremely shallow screw which made the post stick way out at the back of my ear. In addition, my nails are a little past my nail bed, and they were nearly impossible to due up myself.
I followed the correct return procedure and left a review about the earrings on the site so that other customers would know about the specifications of this particular earring. Shortly after I submitted my review, a customer service agent from Mia Bijoux reached out and offered to do an exchange for the items, and still keep my promo code (30% off), which is not part of their returns/exchange process. I obliged, and selected an item that was exactly the same price as my previous order.
A few days latter I received a shipping confirmation for my order, and noticed that they were sending me the wrong colours, which happen to be slightly cheaper than what I had paid and asked for. I emailed them as soon as I noticed and received an email back, without an apology, telling me that I will have to follow the returns process. Not wanting the hassle, I asked that they instead just refund me for the difference, and inquired why my review had not been posted, as several weeks had passed at this point. I was told that they had taken on the fees for allowing me to do an exchange, something that I did not ask for, in the first place and that they would not be refunding me the difference. In regards to my review, they stated that my comments about the earrings were the first time that anyone had said anything negative about the earring post and backing and that I might have problems because of my acrylic nails. I do not have acrylic nails for the record.
It is also worth mentioning that there are NO reviews for this earring (the Lova). I am extremely uncomfortable with a company that polices verified customer reviews, in addition to having poor customer service skills.

I have tried all sort of products at this store, cheap jewels that has defects that you will discover within the first 30 days. Everybtime i had to come back to exchange them, and their customer service is so poor they always ask you to buy more expansive products to serve you. Also, their 3rd product free is a total scam, don't buy something willing to come back to them.

Poor quality jewels, on was broken after 5 times wearing it but because it’s been 4 months (more than their 3 months warranty) they refused to refund me, they ask me to pay to repair it 🤦🏻‍♀️. That is sad when you are trying to support local shops.

Disappointing product and customer service. Earrings caused bleeding and I was refused a refund for returning them even though customer service admitted they were defective. I was sent replacements, but they feel just as rough as the previous pair so I don’t think they can be safely worn, and I can only return them if I now pay a fee plus postage. A waste of both my money and my time. Certainly not skin safe as advertised.

All stainless steel.. Very good products.. doesnt turn green..good quality lot of choice and affordable. Very good for people like me who havE allergy.. I only buy from them Now.
