I’ve been a customer of Mayvenn for many years now and I always held them in high regard, lately they have been lacking. Customer service with them was always a plus for me, I recently received a frontal order that was horrible to say the least. I’ve emailed, called and text a complaint and sent a picture with know response. You use to be able to speak to a live representative right away, now no one is minding the store. Get it together Mayvenn before you loose a loyal customer.
Poor Business Practices and Customer Service
I mistakenly ordered a product and immediately (same day) contacted the company to return the product in its original packaging - I never opened the product packaging. The website notes hassle free returns. I received one email acknowledging my return request and it stated that someone would reach back out to me after their "review" of my request. My order date was April 24, I received the product on or around April 30 which is the day I received the email from the company. My subsequent emails have gone unanswered. They don't even have a number to call where you can interact with a person if you have any issues or questions. I was a regular customer of the company until this experience, they have clearly changed the way they do business. Poor business practices and customer service.

Returns are easy regardless of the condition of the hair. Mayvenn provided me a full refund and offered to replace the hair free. The bundles are not the best quality, but the customer service is amazing. I normally purchase higher quality hair but wanted to support this company.

I can't even tell you if the hair is any good, as the customer service was so terrible that I demanded a refund of my unused products (still in original packaging). I was told by the "ai customer service rep" that I was within in my 30 day range for returns. I was willing to pay shipping to return the items, but Mayvenn NEVER provided a return shipping label or return address. Days with no response from customer service left me feeling that it was intentional in order to avoid giving me my refund. No one answers the phone and no one returns calls. Now my bank is involved and I'll be reporting this company wherever I can warn people of their sketchy practices.

Mayveen Hair has changed drastically. The company has changed their supplier. I been with them since 2017 and always bought the Peruvian deep wave. Fast forward, the bundle of Peruvian deep wave looks and feels like water wave hair. The pervian hair in the 2017, was denser..loose..wave..I'm really disappointed that the company has changed its product line to a cheaper version of it bundled human hair. I love the colors of the bundles I ordered but the hair is not good quality. When my stylist was installing she told me it feels like a blend mix and I now agree. I’ve tried washing, deep conditioning and this hair won’t get into a nice wave pattern. I’ve used mousse, gels etc and nothing worked. It has a dry texture, shed from the start, and tangles super easy. I have never used hair from here before so it was a surprise to have since bad bundles. I will not be ordering here again.

I’m so disappointed with the hair and frontals. I just had a Brazilian deep wave installed. The curls are already limp after just two weeks! The frontals are less flexible and appear thick with less hair. The quality is poor. I feel like it is not worth the money even on sale.
