Cannot recommend these guys enough! Fast, efficient, friendly and all round great team! From calling to closing the gate behind them after a garden clearance was impeccable.
Highly recommend and will not hesitate to use them again.

Martin's Waste Solutions helped us to dispose of 4 tonnes of gravel from our front garden. Jordan and Cody were quick, efficient and friendly, and left the space spotless. Would happily recommend

First they were two days late I arranged for Friday morning pick up before 12oclock which I took a day off for.
They did not communicate that they were not comingthis. I had to multiple time on Friday and each time they assured me they were coming later, which did not happen.
Saturday I had to call multiple times again.
They said they will pick up in the morning ended up a no show. Sunday similar story had to call. Monday when they finally came they advices that is was going to be £120 more to pay which is now the most expensive of all the quotes I have had. And after reviewing my security footage the workman took a wee in my garden also. Very bad services and the quotes are there jsut to lure you in. Don't fall for this company.

Appalling company office staff are rude none of them seem to know what they are doing on the phone they say one thing and when the work men get here they say another ie workmen don’t get told what needs to be done turn up don’t have correct equipment tasked for jobs workmen say the price what has been agreed is to low and doubles the price on arrival the company already have your bank details as they ask you to do a pre authorisation before job done

They put you under a very lot of pressure when the work men get there the office give you a low price to entice you in to using there company

One of the worst experiences I've had in dealing with a business in the past few years.

In advance of the job, I sent images of the area to be cleared including a full list - as requested by the company. I was quoted £240. I instructed to pay this sum as a 'pre-authorisation charge', and that my account would not be debited. This turned out not to be the case and I was charged in full immediately.

Upon arrival of the waste removal men, all went downhill rapidly...

For starters, the waste removal men arrived at 17:30 - far later than expected. They also arrived at the job with NO TOOLS required to complete the job, and above all, then said the job would necessitate another £150 on top of the original quote, despite me submitting all materials requested in advance.

As of today, the company is REFUSING to issue a refund because I cancelled the job.

I have now submitted a small claims court application to retrieve the funds.

Would highly recommend avoiding the company at all costs.

Waste removal was fine, but I was charged more than I was invoiced. On checking, apparently the invoice was a 'quote invoice' and there's a second invoice they've never sent. They also said I'd been told the final cost when the clearance guys didn't say and had just said the office would call to confirm - which they didn't.

Don't go ahead with the work until they've been round and you've got a quote in writing! I thought sending multiple photos, written descriptions and discussing on the phone would be enough, and that checking the invoice would be enough to know what I'd then be charged.

Note - you only get a call 30 mins ahead if you're not the 7am slot and you don't get told that ahead about that, so just be ready first thing.

Great service, fast response to enquiry with rubbish collection within 2 days.
Polite staff and efficient removal of items.

We used Martins Waste Solutions to carry out a house clearance on a property we were selling. Martin was brilliant, met me at the property at very short notice but convenient time for us. Then provided us with quote within a matter of hours. On the day (which was only days later) his team were extremely professional kept us up to date with arrival time etc. Cleared everything we asked for and couldn’t be happier with the results. Will definitely recommend and have already requested quotes for more service’s from them.

Used Martins Waste Solutions for the first time and would certainly use them again. Experience from start to finish was excellent. Lads who came to take away the garden waste were very nice, efficient and very tidy. Highly recommended.

I received a quote to chop down a hedge, remove the roots and dispose of the resultant waste. The team that turned up were pleasant and friendly but ill equipped to be able to deal with the work.
As a result the job was only half finished. The hedge chopped down but all the roots remaining (the main thing I wanted done). This of course was quite disappointing.

This is the second time we have used the company for garden waste removal. As ever they were super efficient. We started our enquiry on a Monday and the waste was collected the next. They even wanted to collect it sooner.
Every member of staff I spoke to, from my initial enquiry, to booking it in to the removal people, were polite, friendly and accommodating.
We did end up getting charged more than the initial quote but this was no surprise as it can be difficult to fully judge from photos.
From using them last year to this year you can tell how much the company has expanded which is refreshing to see. Their customer service team are on the ball with everything and the removal people are very speedy and clean workers.
I really appreciated the follow up call after the removal to make sure I was happy and to confirm the payment could be taken.

My advice is to ensure that you get a quote from a visit by Martin's Waste Solutions to your property. There can then be no need for discussions around further charges when it comes to the actual removal of your waste. My experience was that when we needed to have this call following what was either a misunderstanding or miscalculation of what needed removing, I felt bullied by the worker handling the call to resolve the issue, and I came off the call feeling very uncomfortable and not impressed with whole experience.

This is the third time I have used Martins Waste Solutions and as ever they were great. Arrived early, were friendly, helpful and very efficient. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.
