Purchased a short sleeve shirt and long sleeve top for nearly £400 after one gentle wash both are faded primark are better quality will never be buying from them again

Avoid this company! The returns process is appalling - you have to pay for them yourself and fork out for tracked delivery - then ages later you're told there are marks on the item and they won't accept it!! I would recommend if you have to buy from this terrible company photograph everything before you return it!! Will never use again! Dreadful service for a supposedly high end company!

The clothes are fascinating and quality very nice, maybe the only flaw could be its price, but I still think it’s quite worthy!

Clothes are good, love the style and quality, if a tad overpriced. However, STOP USING ROYAL MAIL!!! For the love of god please! I’ve not even had the misfortune of needing to make a return yet, but offer an alternative courier please. Royal Mail have been, and continue to be, by far the worst courier I’ve encountered over the last 5 years. Always had good or great experiences with every other courier that I can think of, but RM are dreadful. In what should be a competitive market, how they haven’t disappeared completely by now is just odd, but it can only be because for some peculiar reason the likes of MHL insist on using them. Does it add a pinch of prestige to be loyal to ‘Royal’ Mail? I think not. They are so bad, buying from MHL directly is honestly my last resort. If I can find the same garment sold by a third party that offers a different courier, they win, no question.
Given a choice I would never, ever pick RM as my courier. Something goes horribly wrong every time and I dread the experience.

The online ordering experience was a disaster. For this price, you expect more. To return an item you need to print an application and arrange the return on your own, not just drop the parcel. Most shops now charge for delivery - it's fine, but the arrange dropping atomatically. Highly disappointed - will never return to their website.

I bought a pair of gloves. They did not last me a month when they were literally falling a part.
This is an overpriced brand that does not match the quality of their product. I think because they advertised as UK or Scottish now they can ask for anything. I fall for this. The harsh reality is that customers are being scammed. Price point 75 to 80 lbs. What a rip off. I will never ever get anything from this company.

Lovely clothes, excellent quality design and manufacture, bit expensive but the designs last as they are utilitarian. The shops I have visited and online were friendly and helpful.

Ordered a men's shirt.
The colour was not quite as I had expected and I am finding that with online shopping, so I learned my lesson.
The size was S and still too big for me, I thought I had checked ...
In the end I had to return the item from Ireland to UK but it was pretty smooth overall.

I love MH style but the experience of ordering and returning from the website is pretty horrible...you pay shipping both ways...with the added inconvenience of having to arrange your own return through Royal Mail. Then I was contacted 3 weeks later claiming that the white skirt I returned was not in perfect condition - where did they keep it for 3 weeks??? - and charged me for the whole cost. Will never buy from them again. A complete rip off
