I bought the hydration plus focus pill package in November 2025. The order was $123.89. The Focus peptides were for my daughter , but she didn’t end up taking them . I started taking them and after 3 days of “unknown “ headaches I looked at the expiration date on the peptides . It had none only a manufacturing date of October 2024 and after calling them I found out that I was supposed to consume them one month after I received the hem . I explain that normally supplements have a shelf life of at least a year and If pills were that time sensitive why no expiration date . They refused to replace or refund my $60 . Horrible customer service and very unprofessional and unaccountable

I have placed several orders since the Fall. Possibly only 2 have been without errors. Products ship after they are confirmed cancelled, they refuse to honor their 30 day refund policy, they make you go through several hoops for a refund after waiting beyond the 30 day window when I asked several times for an RMA to return products AND they ship more of a product they promised to refund. IN addition, the same FIT product they promised would refund ended up supposedly shipping again and was delivered today but did not arrive. Flavors were limited, very bitter and made me very dizzy, sped up my heart and took a couple of hours to wear off. Would never try the FOCUS nor FIt and even the CALM had an odd, also bitter flavor. I did like RESTORE but cannot work with a company with such an error-packed ordering system.

Scam?
I been on this for 8 months. This product is suppose to halt gain muscle, recover fast, maintain muscle but did the opposite for me.

I workout 6 days a week and keep track of my marcos. My body is not responding to this supplement. All it did was increase body fat abs loose muscle mass. It worked for alot of people at the crossfit I go but not for me.

Company has no cancel button for your subscription after you start. Me and wife tried it for months were not seeing any results. trying to cancel they keep billing our card and have no way to cancel for phone number to call. The get help on the website no one seems to answer.

I have not used it myself but my friend has lost 40 lbs on these pills and they are amazing. Worth the $100.00 per pack.

I’m very impressed with fit, lean and energized. I love the discount of 10% and month 4 and beyond is jumps to 20% on subscribe and save. Easy to use and delicious flavors. So much to like here.

Everyone raves about this product but I got zero results after two months of taking lean and fit. Not sure what’s in the products but it made me feel constipated and gassy.

New company that has amazing products, but their support team is not that helpful. I reached out to them twice for assistance with product docs, and each time they said they would escalate it and never got back to me. I follow up and I dont get responses.
