Misleading Subscription Promotion…

Very misleading subscription promotion of 6 months for £12 and then £27.60 auto renewal every 12 months.
When you go to place order the £27.60 auto renewal is EVERY 6 MONTHS. Very, very devious promotion and marketing.

The free seeds are a great incentive

The free seeds are a great incentive. Seeds are expensive so the magazine is almost paid for by the free seeds. The magazine is great for beginner gardeners but still interesting for the more experienced grower.

Totally Useless Check Out Process

Buying a subscription as a "Christmas Gift" I was NOT given the chance or prompt to advise the recipient's address! Bloody useless. Then the Chat bot tells me otherwise. Very frustrating, and now I'll have to try phoning them: their online e-mail system also NOT WORKING. Very unhappy.

I am very sorry to hear of the trouble you have experienced and the frustration it has caused.

The express checkout functions differently in that the option to change your delivery address appears in a pop-up during the payment process. The address can be clicked on via the arrow on the right hand side and you can choose a different delivery address from the drop down. This is expected behaviour with the integration of the payment provider such as PayPal, Apple Pay or GooglePay.

I can see that you have contacted our Customer Service team and that they have amended the delivery address for you. I will send you a further response within that same email thread.

Very misleading

Very misleading. 6 for £6 then when I have paid (no offer to pay by credit card only direct debit), it tells me I have signed up to future purchases at higher price

Do not use this company

I ordered a magazine subscription online,£21 for 10 issues. Had an email confirmation straight the way. After 6 weeks and no first magazine got in touch with them. They couldn't find me on their system but had taken the payment from my mastercard on the 13th. After promising to sort it out, nothing, passed from one place to another and then given a number to call that you couldn't get through. Asked several times if I'd been caught in a scam and was assured that this wasn't the case. So they've taken my money, I've had zero magazines and have now had to refer it to Mastercard to try and get my money back, asked the company several times just to refund me but they were insisting they would sort it out. THEY DIDN'T!! In fact they deserve no stars in the review!!!!

Subscription clarity

Tried to renew a subscription.
Confused (of course, that may well be down to me!) but trying to find how to enter the RECIPIENT'S address was frustrating, as BILLING address was all I was seeing. I went to CHAT and eventually got the guidance.
