Lookbook store is really an amazing store! They have so many beautiful clothes, it's very difficult to choose because everything looks really awesome and unique . I also liked the quality. I would really like to happy many clothes like these in my closet.

This was my first time online shopping and I was looking for a really nice dress for my anniversary dinner. I ordered a nice black dress. The dress arrived when it said it would, however, when I tried on the dress, not only did it not fit, it was a completely different dress to what I ordered.

Thought I would then just return it and get a refund, But it was not as easy as that. Not only did none of the e-mail links work, when I then asked the Chat for a working email, I was then told another broken email link.

I don't believe then a company this organised would even ship out the wrong dress, this is just unacceptable, plus with trouble of the 'easy' returns policy. I would not order anything off of this website again.

I am completely and utterly disappointed with my order and the return process. First of all, based off the size chart online I ordered the smallest sizes possibly thinking they'd fit me because I am usually always a small. The blazers I got were HUGE. They were marked as smalls but might as well have been larges. So when I go to ship back you have to go thru this ridiculous process of communicating with 389572 customer service agents in order to get a return label that is not paid for. The customer service rep wanted me to measure my garments to really see if they matched the website or not. I don't care if they did or did not, that wasn't changing the fact that these blazers were swimming on me. Did I mention you have to ship it back to CHINA? So on my $75 order, shipping was $130. RIDICULOUS that a company can't not only get their sizes right but require you to cover return shipping costs. I obviously wasn't going to send the clothes back for that price so now I am stuck with 2 blazers that are huge and I'll never wear. So so unhappy with this process.

I just got my V-neck sequins dress and I like how they packed it with utmost care. They placed it in a bubble wrap before putting it in their bag so the sequins wouldn't be damaged. The package came in China, I presume, since it got chinese characters written on it, but who cares? As long as it came in time for my homecoming dance. Plus, it fits me just fine. I ordered a size 12 and it fits just right, so I'll order again.

I have been purchasing clothes from Lookbookstore for months now. I haven't had any major problems with the fit, just cheaper material. I was scrolling through comments one day on their Instagram and noticed a girl post that she bought the same dress off of Sammydress.com, so I checked it out. I was in awe. Every item I had purchased over the course of 4 months was on their website for anywhere between $7-$11. Lookbook is charging $30-$40 for the exact same items. You do have to pay shipping at Sammydress but it's only about 10% of your purchase total. I got 10 items of clothing (tops and dresses) and 9 pieces of jewelry for $100... Just a heads up ladies, if you're scrolling through because you're considering purchasing something from Lookbook, go to Sammydress.com first.

I bought the cowl neck sweater in peach, which I LOVE!! It's very soft and looks more expensive than what i paid. I also ordered the mesh lace set which is like a two piece crop top and skirt. The top is perfect but the skirt is not high waisted like it seems in the photos. My last purchase was the crossover top, a white crop top. I love it, but it's very tight even though i thought i was buying it a size too big. I'm quite happy with my orders, but i would suggest to anyone to order their things a size up from their regular size. :)

Do not buy from these guys. The item they sent did not arrive as described. There website says "If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 60 days from the shipping date of purchase"

Upon requesting a refund, they asked me to first photograph the item while wearing it (I did). Then they offered me $11 back on a $50 purchase. When I said that was unacceptable, they asked me to measure the article of clothing. Anything but actually initiate a refund. Horrible service. Did not meet their promise. Do NOT buy from these people.

I found lookbook on Instagram and loved their styles! They have a store on eBay,Amazon, and now an independent website which is where I placed an order (lookbookstore.co). I put my order in on the 9th and the event I wanted it for is the 19th. After I placed my order with the fastest shipping available I realized its 7-10 BUSINESS days and it wont come in time. I tried to cancel it on the 10th or change the order but customer service said it was shipped so I left it because I loved the dress and was about to look for another dress for the event on the 19th. They were helpful with answering all my questions through online live chat. Very friendly and they told me Id get an email with a tracking number. Their shipping is free and the fast shipping for me was $15 which was worth it. I never got a tracking number but that didn't matter because it came super fast. It shipped on the 10th (Thursday) and arrived on the 14th (Monday) it came from china in TWO business days!!!!! The quality was great and the material was very nice and expensive even though the price was not! It's a beautiful dress! It was better than some dresses I paid $200 for! I have a list of things I'll order next! It was wonderful doing business with them!!!

great site. items are as described and they use much better materials then other similar sites.I recommend :)

I ordered a dress from their online shop, and it was delivered 5 days after :) But the dress wasn't as I expected. It was very see-through and the size was a lot bigger than what it said on the site.
