I have watched three events so far, I don't usually do ppv but the platform is awesome & so easy. When I thought there was a problem with my purchase I made contact with the customer support and got a fast & useful reply. Will continue to use it!

I’ve been using LiveNOW ever since they started broadcasting RIZIN events - a Japanese MMA promotion.

The delivery of the events are of a strong quality both in audio and picture. I’ve never encountered issues with syncing or pixelation - everything runs smoothly.

I cannot recommend this service enough, especially for MMA fans.

The Oneus concert in January 2022 was excellent. Logging in and connecting my tv was easy. The filming was great and we enjoyed every moment. Thanks for making an easy and enjoyable viewing experience.

I attended the recent ONEUS concert - the quality of the stream was good and I didn't experience any lags at all! However I have 2 points to bring up. 1. The live translations were not very detailed (compared to the following ONEWE concert where the live translation was 10/10). 2. The meet and greet could have been clearer in terms of when our 10 seconds greeting time began and ended etc.

Amazing platform, watched the best show ever with the greatest interactive features that a livestream can offer.

I loved the Oneus show. They are amazing artists and entertainers. However my issues are with your platform. When I bought the pass, I was not aware that M&G was available, but was already sold out. I also attempted to get on the screen, which I did receive notification that I had been selected. However that notification did not arrive in time, nor did anything pop up on my screen telling me that I had been selected. This should be looked into handling differently. Also I wish that the rewatch was not for just the next 24 hours after the show. I wanted to share it with my friend, but she couldn't get in on time to watch it. Overall, this was an awesome event. Can't wait to see them live!

I really enjoyed the show and I really appreciated being able to watch ONEUS live. However, in the first place related to the information about the event was so confusing. I bought the general pass and when I read the privileges of it, it says that you can watch the concert with others. Nevertheless, no information was given about if you can give access to others or not and the "watch with friends" pass just disappeared some days after the passes were released so you could infer that the standard pass could give you and another person access to the concert. Additionally, related to the virtual audience, was really confusing, there was no information about how this will be working and the streaming got really slow when you were part of the audience. Sometimes I had to reload the page and I just realized that I have missed my opportunity to appear on the screen. Also, there was no info or indication about what you could do at that moment, you have the option to open your mic but it was not clear if you could have spoken or smth at that moment. Overall, I really enjoyed watching ONEUS because I love and admire them but I think that the experience could have been better. Anyways, thanks for giving us the opportunity to watch and listen to our favorite artist overseas.

The meet and greet was super worth it for me. Thank you! I’m not sure if the performances were pre-recorded and not exactly Live, I dont mind it though. I was a bit confused with the live audience part of the show. The web app was a bit buggy too. I hope they bring out more kpop acts in the future.

I watched the Oneus concert as well as took part in the meet and greet the concert itself was good and I really enjoyed it. Although I was confused over the virtual l live audience during the concert as I did not know wether I was randomly going to be chosen to be on screen. Felt like there was little to no info on the virtual live audiace and could have been done better such as definitely knowing wether I was going to be on screen or not. Like an email saying I have been chosen alongside details for it would have been better after applying. Otherwise a great concert and Oneus were amazing.

For the meet and greet however I didn’t feel like I had enough information beforehand on exactly what it would entail. I feel like this would have been helpful considering it was part of a VIP ticket. I also think that the instructions for the meet and greet could have been better and more info given. Overall I think the meet and greet could have been done much better for example everyone being together through out the entire thing. Rather than groups as it meant that I missed part of it waiting to get in and more after since I assumed it had finished only to realise I needed to reload the page to get in and watch the rest of it. This meant I had to watch the parts I had missed on the replay, which fortunately there was. Other than that I enjoyed the meet and greet. I just wished I had a bit longer with Oneus considering how much I paid or with more info I could have prepaid myself better, Especially since it was clear to see my group was used as more of a test group compared to other groups which went more smoothly, instead it should have been tested before hand.

With the mini movie however I dissapionted on how short it was I hoping it would be slightly longer but still enjoyable. However what was more disappointing was the fact that most of it was just VCR used in the concert that everyone got to see I presume. Which would mean that the people who only paid for the standard pass got watch most of the mini movie for free even though this was meant to be exclusive for people who paid premium or VIP as we have have paid more. No hate to anyone who brought standard tickets.

Overall I would say that the vip pass is not worth it and would probably just stick to the standard pass so I don’t have to worry about lack of information on different things. As it would simply be a concert. But other than that the concert was very good and I did thouroughly enjoy watching Oneus on stage live and seeing their incredible performance.

There were abit of confusion with the meet and greet timing. I also felt there was a lack of details about the event specifics on the website.

However, I found the support desk really helpful in answering all my questions, the event was brilliant, and my daughter LOVED the meet and greet - such a special moment that meant so much to her. Thank you.

The meet and greet experience for me was a huge disappointment. The organizer needs to know that if there will be an event where fans are involved, you need to provide more detail about what it involves and especially a rehearsal run through. Most of the fans didn't know what to expect and were not informed properly and had poor ideas about what the meet and greet entails. Secondly, do a darn run through. Check the mics of fans, check the cameras and make sure that everything will run smoothly. Don't bite off more than you can chew.

The streaming was good but I barely got information about the details of the concert, also meet and greet. The VOD was working only for a while, now it’s not.

Only one thing for improvement is informing details of everything we’ve paid for. My fault for not requesting details I need, but I didn’t want to list 50 questions about concert details and I guess the staff would hate to answer all those too.

Overall is not bad. Thank you for ONEUS online concert, also meet and greet.

Watched ONEUS concert online, had stable connection & high definition quality throughout. There was a slight confusion over the fan meet & greet afterwards, but it was resolved & things went smoothly in the end.
