While I was skeptical
While I was skeptical, I have to say my experience was good overall. I myself, was not very pleasant to deal with and both agents I talked to were very accommodating and patient with me. Only complaint would be the advertising price is not what your grand total will be, however the agents worked with me to help me find the best option for a fair price.

The original airline ticket I purchased wasn’t available so the customer service rep found another flight with the same days and times that I previously picked with another airline. A customer service rep was very patient with me, as I was frustrated. They called after I booked the ticket. The woman walked me through checking the email checking the dates and times.
