If I could give 0 stars I would for someone called “mark” in car loans. Genuinely get his quality coach or team leader to review the calls he takes. Zero communication style, if you sound so miserable in his job maybe this isn’t for him. I immediately never want to have to be in contact with this Mark guy again. I am shocked and speechless. I provided feeedback straight to himself aswell. Everyone else I spoke with was very nice. Can someone from liberty not MARK contact me, kindly.

I was kept in fomed of the whole process, even when we had issues nothing was to hard to overcome

We can not thank Linda enough for helping us with a loan to purchase a residential property through our SMSF. We were mucked around by another bank and came to Linda half way through our finance clause. Honest all the way through our process.
