Poor quality, wouldn't recommend parting with your money as you won't get it back if it's faulty. Please do not trust, they will keep your money regardless of whether you have your item or not and will ignore you if you try.

1 star isn't low enough!

Said they'd refund me my money if I sent the dress back. Told me they never received it despite the courier showing they had signed for it! They then said they were only going to refund me the cost of the dress without shipping which I reluctantly accepted, only to be emailed again saying they weren't going to refund me anything at all.

They have effectively stolen back something that I have paid for so I have now lost my money and the product that I wasted said money on.

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST.

Sent a faulty dress to me which I then returned immediately, 3 months later they still haven't refunded me and have stopped responding to emails. DO NOT TRUST.

i bought a prom type dress for my daughter for a family wedding and was really worried about buying direct from china but i shouldnt of been. kissy dress provided excellent customer service even tho i was a bit of a pain panicking about my dress arriving on time. it did arrive on time and the quality of materials and workmanship were both excellent. i cant recommend them enough. they were even good enough to make my son a tie using the same satin from my daughters dress at no extra charge. the dress was just like the photo with a slightly longer length as requested and fit like a glove due to the custom measurements

I ordered 4 dresses for my braidmaids and they are completely different from what pictures showed, as for the tissues, colours and brodery.. the quality is very bad, brodery details are low quality and they are not available to refund or remake the dresses. I ordered the same colours and got 3 different ones...my braidmaids refuse obviously to wear them and we'll have to rebuy them in a very short delay.. over 400 pounds completely lost. Customer service unhelpful and uncaring. Don't buy if you don't want to waste your money.

I carnt recommend this company enough iv had my 5 bridesmaid dresses off them and the quality is excellent , the dresses are exactly like what I picked from the picture on there site. .
There delivery was well before the due date and were packaged very well too. I was able to track the dresses from posting to delivery
5* service at it's best .

I just received my orders yesterday, at first I was worried that I can’t get it on time, but I got it on time. It is really the same as the picture shows, Thank you for your advise that the dress with floor length is really wonderful! I just so satisfied with it, I would like to say that custom size is really a good choice. The dress fits me well. Perfect dress at a good price and service.

AGAIN I WANT TO SAY THANKYOU THE DRESSES ARE WONDERFUL AND SO WELL MADE I AM SO EXCITED TO SHOW THESE DRESES AS THEY ARE SO GOOD AND I SAY AS GOOD AS THE PIC .AGAINA+++++++++++++++++++++
