Fantastic experience with Joes Doors…
Fantastic experience with Joes Doors from start to finish. They recently came and fitted new doors at our office and the whole process was seamless. The team were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable throughout.
The quality of the doors supplied and fitted was excellent and the workmanship was carried out to a very high standard. They worked efficiently with minimal disruption to the office and made sure everything was completed perfectly.
What really stood out was the level of customer service. The team were friendly, helpful, and kept us informed every step of the way. They also left the workspace spotless once the installation was complete, taking away all rubbish and old materials which made the whole process hassle-free.
We’re extremely happy with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joes Doors to anyone looking for reliable service and top-quality workmanship. A genuinely great company to deal with.
Absolutely outstanding service from…
Absolutely outstanding service from Joes Doors from start to finish. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very first enquiry, the customer service was second to none — professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
They came out to measure everything completely free of charge, which already showed how customer-focused they are. The team took their time to make sure every detail was correct, answered all of our questions, and gave honest advice without any pressure. Communication was excellent the whole way through and they kept us updated at every stage.
The quality of the doors supplied and fitted is absolutely fantastic. The installation was carried out to an incredibly high standard with real attention to detail. The fitters arrived on time, worked efficiently, were respectful of the property, and left everything spotless once the job was completed.
One thing that really stood out was that they took all the rubbish and old materials away afterwards, leaving the place clean and tidy with absolutely nothing for us to deal with. It made the whole experience completely stress-free.
It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely delivers exceptional workmanship alongside amazing customer service, but Joes Doors exceeded expectations in every possible way. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work.
If you’re looking for reliable, professional, high-quality service, don’t hesitate to use Joes Doors. Easily one of the best companies we’ve ever dealt with. 5 stars all the way!
Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Great value for money and the installation was done to a very high standard. Really happy with the result and absolutely love the new kitchen. Highly recommend!
Total Transformation! From our first visit by the sales…
From our first visit by the sales manager Michael Bedford, to the last sweep of my floor by our fitter, Nicolai, was impressive, how he had everything under control, the skills that he showed was masterclass standard. The quality of the fitments are solid, I’m so impressed love with mine.
Highly recommend Nicolia and Jo’s doors, too class.
Didn’t hesitate to take £4408 deposit but not a word since
Happy to take a deposit if £4408 on the first visit but not able to contact us to book in the works. Said we’d receive a call 48 hours after the measuring survey, no word. Even after I chased them after 4 days, absolutely nothing. We’re having finance fees taken too to cover the rest of the cost of the kitchen, which they’re happy to take from us, but no word about fitting the kitchen. Seems to be pretty suspicious and we won’t even be able to get our money back if it continues in this south direction. I’ve tried to contact them on the website and haven’t had a response. I’ve emailed them and wait to hear what they have to say. Had I known this was the case instead of the evidently fake Facebook ads and comments, I’d have run in the opposite direction. Guess time will tell if I get a new kitchen revamp I’ve paid half of …
Edit: the manager has since called me to arrange the installation dates. They were quick to resolve this for us so the experience is going better. Will keep this post updated once the installation is done and hopefully all done to a 10/10 standard with the cost being paid.
YOU MUST FULLY SEARCH ALL REVIEWS ON DIFFERENT SITES
This review is based on my personal experience and my opinion. People should check several review sites and make own opinion.
20% of reviews (1 in 5) on this monitored site are negative (1 and 2 stars) which is alarming,
This is not true reflection as they manage to have many negative reviews withdrawn using the bogus customer or previous staff allegations.
I would recommend that potential customers fully investigate other review sites and social media to get a full understanding of customer experiences.
It is important for customers to get several quotes and fully understand what you are signing.
I suggest any company who wants majority of money up front with only a small balance for fitters labour costs on completion is a warning signal.
This company will reply to this posting after trying to get it removed and use the robotic reply seen on so many reviews.
UPDATE SINCE JOE DOORS responded:
I find it strange that such a huge company responds at 8:30pm and within 60 minutes the review was posted.
FYI, I was a victim of your company and that is the reason I want to give my personal
Experience with your company and aftercare.
Joe Doors has now contact TRUSTPILOT requesting for name, email, reference number and telephone number to see if review is genuine. This is how they get reviews removed as they know some customers want to remain anonymous due to the appalling service received. I am happy for TRUSTPILOT to contact me and I can send them details to prove this review is genuine.
JOE DOORS robotic response carry’s the same throughout the majority of their responses to negative comments. You will see they have an answer for every negative comment and will never admit any liability and generally turn the complaint around as the customers fault or misunderstanding.
They’re play on the bespoke word just as an excuse that they started making your goods as an excuse not to refund your deposit.
Majority of door sizes are available throughout the U.K. and customers can research this fact.
Do you really think that they start producing your goods within days of your deposit but installation is months later.
If Joe Doors is so confident that they offer a great service then they would adhere to producing clear terms and conditions and truly allow a cooling off period and not use the word bespoke and state manufacturing has started within such a small time scale then storing items for months, in my opinion this is not true.
In my opinion the company use every tactic and appalling service because so many customers either have no energy or do not have the confidence to use the consumer rights we process.
You will see that Joe Doors will now include a edit of their response with more nonsense.

Good service
Good service, turned up when stated and did an excellent job
The fitters were polite and cleaned up after the work and the customer service follow up was all that could be expected
AMAZING TRANSFORMATION
I am so pleased with my new kitchen, it took 2 days for the cupboards and work tops and its a brand new kitchen. Well worth the money, its totally transformed it and i love it.
Mr Riz Shah
Mr. Riz Shah- visited us today to continue with the work on the new kitchen. He is an excellent worker, very professional, kind, and really helped us clarify our doubts. Thank you very much, excellent customer service.
Very poor customer experience
The colleagues who came to measure and fit the kitchen were exceptional. We had an issue with a faulty cooker hood and the customer experience was the worst I have ever experienced. Refusal as the retailer of the product to fix the issue and trying to pass the cost of fitting a replacement on to us. They only agreed to fit the replacement free of charge when I brought up passing on my experience to Trading Standards. Not once did I receive an apology, and the process of getting this faulty cooker hood replaced was a battle from start to finish.
THE PROFESSIONAL WAY IT WAS DONE
What made our experience great was the way from us phoning to the end product was absolutely incredible.
Megan was very polite and helpful in every way.
GARY the fitter was very good at what he does so polite and hard worker clean and tidy.
Also I would like to say thanks to guys that came and removed all the waste .
I would 100per cent recommend Joesdoors
Thanks so much for a wonderful transformation of my kitchen. Mrs M MATTHEWS

No news after £5850 deposit paid (part 2) Use another excuse to delay
After the standard response given on May 1, I finally received a call on May 5 from ‘Amanda’ that the installation is scheduled on June 29. I explained my request made from very beginning that the installation must completed by 3rd week of May. She told me May is full of booking with a contempt voice. I argued and restated my point then she said the Installation Manager was out for holiday and she will ask that manager about the date. She emphasized again May is full. I recalled their hotlines remind clients to be nice and behave as what is expected by others. I wonder if the company or the staff are doing the same especially to the customers who pay for their services. For the 4weeks I texted, called or emailed to everyone I can in this Joe’s door, the issue was not resolved. I would not go for any deal if the score was 4.2 & so many complaints back in Feb. How can it possible a company drops from 4.8 to only 4.1 in few months. I was told that was in plan review stage for 4 weeks after the survey. I was then told the Installation Manager was not available and don’t know when to get back to me. Another week has passed and the Installation Manager was still missing. The complaint email in their website is useless, no response AT ALL. This really feels like a scam. I was told by the sales Dan Smith on April 11, the date order made and deposit paid, I should pay 2nd installment in early May. Now I wonder if they would approach me for this installment or just got my deposit and disappeared.
Bad after sales service
I had my kitchen fitted at the end of January and was very pleased and happy with the result except one corner unit which was going to be changed but the fitter left the company and I have had no response to any of my calls or emails regarding another fitter sorting it out. They ignore my emails and promise to call be back but don't. The after service is disgusting and non existent. I would not recommend this company purely for the after sales service. This has been going on since February and the amount of time and effort I have made trying to sort this out since then is numerous. We spent £10,500 with them and this is the way they treat us.

It was all done quickly from start to finish
It was all done quickly from start to finish any problems we had were dealt with by Thomas to our satisfaction. The fitter David made a good job of fitting the worktops and even had to go and purchase a stainless steel sink as the wrong one was delivered. If going with this company make sure the contract say the rubbish will be collected as ours didn’t but Thomas sorted it out for us.
Kitchen revamp
Anthony was very friendly and quite talkative.
He was very respectful of our home and very professional at his job.
He gave us plenty of options to choose from and once we finally settled on the choice we made, he did his best to get the price as low as possible.
Looking forward to seeing the kitchen completed.
Cheaper to Get a Brand New Kitchen
The design experience with Joe’s Doors was good overall. Dawn talked us through the different options, answered our questions and gave us useful information during the visit.
We were not left with a formal quote at the appointment, just told the price verbally, so we had to request the quote afterwards. It was then sent via WhatsApp as a photo of the original draft quote Dawn had completed during the visit, as their server was down and she was unable to email a copy at the time.
After this, we took the time to get three further quotes so we could compare properly. In the end, we decided to go with Avanti Kitchens, as the two “doors only” companies we had quotes from came in at around the same cost as a full kitchen rip-out and replacement.
Based on our experience, it is definitely worth getting quotes for both replacement doors and a full kitchen before committing, as the price difference may not be as big as you expect.
