Absolutely Awful !! This company has ignored all of my emails, calls, text messages. I bought a car from them on finance a few years ago. Only now to find out I was conned.
Today should be my last payment on my car, however the paperwork I have does not match the finance paperwork and is fake.
JJ premium Cars have conned me of an extra £2000.
Also going through the paperwork it doesn’t even match the description of my vehicle. They are currently under investigation but it looks like the company have gone bankrupt and disappeared.

lol best thing could have happened .these guys going bust .should have been called bodgit and scarper .bought a car couple years ago .bloody nightmare company .

Thankyou jj premier cars for taking our hard earnt money for the Volvo you sold us ,got lots of problems now showing up and of course you haven't sorted out the warranty have you and now you have ceased trading so we have got to try and find the money to put things right ourselves well done hope you all have a rotten Christmas as we will without a car

If I could give this company a minus score, I would. When purchasing our car, no issues whatsoever. However, when an issue arose with the car, that's when the trouble started. Calling customers care is laughable because they never answer the phone or return your calls. Email doesn't seem to work either. Phone sales and you get someone straight away. They came up with excuse after excuse as to why the issue with the car hadn't been fixed and then silence again. The only time they seem to want to talk to you is if you start telling them you will seek legal advice. Have since referred the issue back to the finance company and awaiting a result. Found out today that the company is no longer trading.

No answer from this finance company at all. We have called and emailed for months, emails are bouncing and we also pay for warranty however we can’t use this as we cannot contact the company. No cars on their website anymore so seems a bit dodgy to me!!

Bought a car, told when I would pick it up it would be cleaned inside properly- absolutely was not, food/sweets/wrappers/make up found everywhere. They had lost locking wheel nut and did not tell me so now costing me £120 extra on top of needing all 4 new tyres.
Not answering phones and emails bouncing.

What appeared to be a genuine, helpful company who we trusted to purchase a vehicle from has turned into an absolute nightmare. No documentation delivered with vehicle, no V5, cannot get hold of anyone, emails are bouncing, phone is being cut off. Totally appalling, not sure if this is a legitimate company.

They are Froud never recommended this company. Corey is biggest fraud never trust him even he is working with another company don’t believe him. He sold me faulty car and didn’t send dvla paper. And I phoned him several times no response bloody fraud person

I bought a toyota corolla from you last week and paid in full by bankers draft - 2 hours, yes 2 hours later I had a call from you telling me to send my bank details immediately as you had just gone bust and I wouldn't be getting my car. Luckily, after hours on the phone to you and my bank I had my money back - so why are you still tradingand asking for a review? What's going on???

Corrie was my salesman when I recently part exchanged my car for a Land Rover. He was pleasant and helpful from start to finish.

Ordered a Mazda 6 online from them when my previous one failed it's MOT badly. First time distance sale for me and I was a bit nervous about it, especially the distance (over 500 miles). I consciously waited a while before leaving this review as I wanted to make sure everything was good. Despite looking closely for things being not as they should be, everything is great and I love the car. It even had Carplay installed, which was a nice surprise. Oliver & Josh were great, as was Pete who delivered the car to the very north of Scotland, from Peterborough within 30 mins of my estimate. All in, an positive and painless experience. Would do it again no worries.

Would score these a zero on current present experience! No one is answering the plus 60 calls I have made over the last two days. Multiple emails, texts, instant message (if they think I’m interested in a car buy, they pay attention though!). So maybe this may be the best route for getting some response?
Despite present major issue, have another view to share …if and only once I get a resolve.

Have a problem with our car bought less than a month ago, called various times and left voicemails, emailed and done the online chat since yesterday and still no response

Just purchased a car from them, only to find a week or so later that it has a large oil leak.
No responses when calling their after sales team.
Calling the sales team results in the call being dropped completely without even being able to leave a message.
Now considering what legal options I need to pursue.

We just bought our Ford Edge from JJ Premium Cars. It was a hard way to get financing approved, but our agent Corrie went above and beyond to help us get the best deal and he made sure that all the details that we discussed were done before collecting the car. Bought a car from dealer and when i recently had it MOT’d, it was missing the DPF. Not cut off, but the vehicle they sold me didnt have a DPF and they failed to make me aware at the time. After contacting their customer care i was completely blanked with “we are unable to assist with this matter” and denied all liability. Due to no responsibility taken from them i have had to go to trading standards as i have been driving this vehicle for a few years unaware that it was unroadworthy. Not happy at all as they have put me at criminal risk

I just want to say a massive thanks to Corey. At jj premium cars . What a guy he has more patience than a saint bless him. I had to work the day I was picking my car up ...I live in hull and car was in Peterborough 2 hours 15 mins. My partner and I didn't get to premium car until 5 clock. They close at 5.30 . But after all the form signing and money transfers. We didn't leave until 6.30 . I really appreciate what you did for me my tax and insurance we sorted out in his office. I would definitely recommend these guys if you want a new car ...once more Corey thank you . From Tracy blue corsa ...but I really think you know me lol from a very happy pain in the neck
