We are booked for a flight in May and had a minor name change needed as first and middle name were inverted for my mom. We were a bit stressed that it would cause issues at the airport. Customer service was wonderful, quick and kind in their help to fix this for us!
We were very grateful for their professionalism and understanding. We are very much looking forward to flying with them in a few weeks time!

Although with the provided PNR we could only log in to the airline 48 hours before departure to confirm our reservation and checkin , the immediate response of Involatus to our emails and direct calls enhanced reliability and was truly reassuring.
At the end everything went smoothly and exactly as promised via our communication.

Avoid this company. They canceled my flight without my approval.
The flight time was simply changed by Nouvelair from 08:15 to 14:45 on the same day. Despite this, Involatus claimed that the provider had canceled the flight, which is not true.
This caused unnecessary stress and confusion. I do not recommend booking through them.

I booked a flight from Málaga to Amsterdam via Involatus on 19 September 2025 for €31.50, for travel on 19 December 2025. Payment was taken and I received confirmation and receipts, so I understood the booking to be completed.
About a week before departure, I contacted Involatus to add checked luggage. I was informed that no booking reference (PNR) was available and that online booking management was not possible. I was advised to go to the airport and collect a boarding pass there, which I found unusual but followed the guidance given.
On 18 December, the evening before travel, I received an email stating that the booking had been cancelled and asking whether I had cancelled it myself, which I had not. The following morning, I was informed that I could rebook the same flight directly with the airline at a higher price and that Involatus would refund the price difference.
After several phone calls, I was refunded the original €31.50 and sent documentation showing the booking status. Based on this information and confirmation received at the airport from the airline, it became clear that the flight had not been ticketed originally rather than being cancelled shortly before departure.
As a result, I had to purchase a last-minute replacement flight costing over €100 in order to travel. I submitted all requested documents on 19 December and was informed that the remaining refund would be processed. As of 19 January, this refund has not yet been received, despite multiple follow-ups.
This experience caused significant inconvenience and additional expense shortly before international travel. I am still awaiting completion of the refund process.

After trying to no avail to locate my flight via the stated airline following the instructions given via email, I contacted Involatus via telephone and was greeted by a complete imbecile. Extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. I asked for an e-ticket number or at least some security that my flight exists. I have yet to travel via Aegean the airline I have apparently bought a seat upon, so fingers crossed all works out in my favour as I did contact the airline directly and they could not see my booking.
I've used 3rd party booking agents before, but due to my early interactions with this company I will never use them again.

Avoid booking with them! I booked a flight through Involatus’ official website and my debit card was charged in full. However, when I tried to check my booking on the airline’s app using the booking number provided by Involatus, no ticket could be found.
A few hours later, I received an email from Involatus stating that my flight had been cancelled and that I would receive a full refund. While this part seems reasonable, when I contacted customer service to ask about the refund timeline and how many working days it would take, they refused to provide any information. This lack of transparency and clarity is highly unprofessional.
I also reached out to Involatus’ own payment service to inquire about the refund, but have received no response so far. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and misleading. Customers deserve clear communication and timely refunds.
If I do not receive the refund within one week, I will pursue legal action.

It was the first time that i use for booking a ticket from Tirana to München , unfortunatelly i didnt know how to make the check in online, it was the first time that i find a costumer service that replys with E-mails so fast.

Bought a ticket, received the confirmation email, but the PNR number they sent me is invalid so I can not check my reservation with the airline.
They respond to my emails that the airline sends them the code 48 hours before the trip, which makes me worry. So I have no option other than wait to see what will happen then.
I will only change this review when I get the correct PNR.

I bought a ticket through Involatus. When I went to the airport, I saw that there was no flight. The flight had been canceled a while ago. I called, I had difficulty reaching them and they said they had no information about this either. I had no place to stay and I slept at the airport. They promised me in writing that I could buy a ticket for any alternative flight and that they would refund me. So I bought a ticket for the first flight after. I sent them the new ticket I bought and my account information where they would refund me. They wrote to me that they had received the information, approved the payment and that it would take a few days for the payment to be made through accounting. More than 2 months have passed and the payment has still not been made. They are not answering emails or phone calls. If the payment is not made, I am planning to take legal action as soon as possible.
Update: They replied below, but no one contacted me for two weeks. The phone number is no longer reachable, still no answer to any mail. No refund has been made even though it's been promised. I think they are trying to keep me entertained and eventually make me forget.
Update: They finally refund the amount after 4.5 months. I don't think they would do if I didn't write here. Whole process was exhausting but at least I got my money back.

They are telling me that they only give the information to the airline 48 hours before the flight leaves, as far as I know they are the only service to be this inconvenient, I need to add baggage for my return trip home, and I have been back and forth with them and they have told me there is no way to do this before I can check in for my flight. I have booked with a bunch of other services and never had this 48 hour window be a thing before, incredibly frustrating, as I want to make sure all my belongings will be accounted for as the charge for extra baggage is more expensive if you do it at the gate. They should also change the information on their services because to access services like adding baggage and booking extra entertainment, they tell you to email them for the information, then when you email them they give you the response I have just explained. They claim it is because they don't send the information to the airlines system until 48 hours before, but then why are they offering it. Very negative experience will never be booking with them again, and will make sure none of my friends or family do either.
