I left a review a couple of months ago slating this company BUT Olivier got back to me and aplogised profusely. Apparently they had a member of staff that didn't do their job properly. I have now got the correct size shoes. I was so pleased with the new service I bought another pair and they are PERFECT. I will now confidently recommend this company to anyone that asks. Well done for sorting this mess out. Hopefully others will rescind their comments as you deal with your past problems. Thank you Olivier.

My shoes arrived and did not fit. I sent an email to Customer Care asking For the return/exchange process and was only given a return address. When I asked if they provide a return shipping label, my email went ignored twice. For this reason, I did not exchange.. I return them, Depending on which level of shipment you choose it’s between 29 and $69 to return. Don’t bother purchasing these shoes because you’re stuck with them even if they don’t fit or you don’t like them. Poor Customer Care

I was a 3x returning customer when I ran into issues on my last order. The shipping company (TNT) required more information from the sender (Iguaneye). I contacted Victor at Iguaneye and at first he was responsive but now it has been a month where he has not replied and my package with 160£ worth of product is still being held at TNT awaiting sender information.

Their products were a favourite of mine however I will never repurchase from them after showing such little care for their customers.

It's a legit shop but so slow and unpleasant to deal with. My 1st order took 11 days to reach UK when their website suggests 2 days. Return postage is buyer's responsibility so it's costly and a hassle when the shoes don't fit. I followed their online fitting guide (print-out) which unfortunately resulted in poor fitting. Customer service is very slow and quality of products did not give me the confidence to send back for a different size, so I paid to have the product returned for a refund (which has not been processed).
