I already had quite unpleasant experience once, when I was ordering cases for my old phone. But I like their designs, so I decided to give it another shot. THE WORST DECISION EVER. Both of the cases came with defects, and yes - you can return the product, but for 12 euros! Both of the cases costed me 25 euros, so after return I will be still 13 euros in minus and have no case. It is not the end of the world, but it is very unfair attitude.

My case was never delivered to me in Greece and now is send back to Germany without any explanation .

Amazing case for iphone 11. Very quick delivery and very good quality

They have a great collection, but delivery is a mess. Deliveries take more than 1 to 2 months, no tracking details, no response to emails, no way of contacting a costumer service.
I highly recommend to buy somewhere else.

To be honest, I order the case iPhone Xsmax from them. From Sweeden to Poland, I paid 5Euro for the express service by DHL (as they said in the payment), well, I order from 04.11 and now it's 13/11. No chance to see my case. The tracking doesn't update the status. The service they told me which is DHL, is actually another brand in Germany (maybe corporate with DHL), but when it comes to me countries, it changes to national post and it's super slow service. I don't even get any notification from them that it changes to Poland post until I contact their customer support.
I don't know when will I get the case, but honestly, I am not expecting it anymore. How beautiful the case is? it doesn't matter anymore, the heat is over.
Please look at ASOS, we pay the shipping and just in 3 days, it's in front of my door.
NO WAY I recommend this provider and come back again.
The only star here I rate if for their fast response customer service team. Fast response and helpful but they can't do anything to help me in this case.
