Nova 11i

Before buying the new Nova 11i, I had the p40 lite and it was a great phone, I had no issues with it, which is why I decided to get another Huawei phone. The new huawei Nova 11i is terrible. I have had issues with it since day 1. Majority of my messages don't come though and get lost in delivery. My camera takes about 10 seconds to actually tAke a picture(with no timer on).
The keyboard does it's own thing and constantly presses enter when typing. My apps don't open and when they do it takes a very long time to open and functionally work. In future I would recommend actually checking that
The phone works properly before introducong it to the market. After this experience I wouldnt recommend Huawei.

Do Not Buy Huawei products

Do Not Buy Huawei products. I bought a Lapop which only lasted 1 year, then the laptop stopped charging. I bought the extended warranty but apparently it doesn't cover that and now they want to charge me for a new motherboard.
Terrible company

Inept and Untrustworthy

Like many others, my Matebook 14 under a year old wouldn't charge. Huawei took it in to repair and returned it still broken. Since then we have exchange around 50 emails and Huawei still hasn't rebooked a repair. They don't reply to questions, the just repeatedly send a standard email saying I've been contacted (I haven't). They even cut and pasted a different date on an email I'd sent then to make it look as if they'd replied. I would never buy from them again 2/3 laptops which cost around £500 didn't last a year.

Excellent value for money

I have been a customer for 4 years. Their laptops are brilliant and excellent value for money. Recently, complained about late delivery and the issue was promptly resolved; customer support called and the order was delivered the following day. Great customer service that I will always recommend.

DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

I sent back a faulty laptop, which took about 2 weeks to arrange! There was a problem with it charging and it was returned to me with a broken screen! I will never buy from Huawei again due to their rubbish customer service and handling of this matter.

Worst experience I have ever encountered

I bought a pair of Freebuds 3i that have had to be returned 3 times in the last year for repair for various faults. After receiving them back after the 3rd repair to find that the fault has not actually been fixed, I give up! Every other reputable company would just replace the item but not Huawei. Products and customer services are just the worst I have ever experienced and I would advise against ever purchasing any Huawei products.

UK customers: stay away from HUAWEI! You've been warned!

I've been a Huawei customer since the days of the P30 Pro phone and have purchased several other products of them throughout the years.

You don't need to be a genius to realise some red flags with their customer service and overall operation in the UK - and I'm not even talking about the whole political crisis and the restrictions they've faced in the US and the UK. The fact that their physical flagship shops closed down was certainly the confirmation of this downfall.

I've been trying to get my Huawei smartwatch to sync with my Huawei P30 Pro since last September 2022. After sending this watch to their third-party repair centre and getting it back in the exact same condition, not once, but twice, and still having no further solution to the case, I'm left now with robotic copy/paste style generic responses from their customer service, and each time with less empathy to the case or simply giving ridiculous suggestions, like taking the watch to the retailer I originally purchased this watch from (their own shop that they closed down back in November last year, as they "should" know).

I mean, by the looks of things, they don't even have a customer service team at all in the UK, considering the replies I got coming from what it seems to be an office abroad.

What a shame!

Worst experience with HUAWEI.....

Worst experience with HUAWEI customer service.....

The customer service is realistically non existent. I am trying to connect some one/where but neither an email is provided, nor any contact number, nor any real online service is available.
I bought a new laptop (Matebook D16) for 800 pounds and it develops an issue of restarting within two weeks. I am trying to connect to the customer service, but no link is working, the verification code never arrived despite of making numerous efforts.

I would advise any one to never buy any thing from those companies, who's customer services are zero.

Totally disappointed with Huawei, they should learn from DELL or others, who have superb customer services.

Trying to get through to customer…

Trying to get through to customer support is an absolute nightmare, I don't think they could make it any harder if they tried. Incorrect email being quoted. They do provide a chatbot which is useless. I finally had to resort to writing to them. Awaiting a reply, won't hold my breath. Very sad really, because I have a Huawei Laptop & smart watch, which when need replacing, I may look elsewhere after my current experience.

Huawei seem to scam you into upgrades

Well Huawei seem to intentionally tamper with some type of software when you update one of your Huawei phones just like my p30 pro. Bought 2 years ago. Since I've installed the new emui 12.0 update my camera focus function has impared and stopped working leaving my camera and video blurred completely. Now after researching what it could be and taken it to a repair shop I've found it's not the users issue it's to do with the software update that everyone has recently done. So my advise do NOT buy a Huawei product as they are someway scamming you to upgrade after warrenty runs out! They are doing it purposely everytime a new update happens and it's funny how hundreds of people have witnessed the same issue after their warrenty has ran out. My phone is like new has been well looked after and the camera is the only issue so I will not be purchasing a new upgrade at all I want a refund from the company for selling me a dodgy software device!!

I would not recommend to buy anything…

I would not recommend to buy anything from them. Like some people already mentioned there is no customer service. I purchased a product, but never received it. First I was not at home and delivery was rescheduled for the next day, but I had to leave the country for a week so asked DPD to leave it in the shop because it supposed to stay there for a week. Unfortunately it was a DPD locker which keeps everything for 3 days. Bare in mind I rang DPD to change that, but they can't change anything...So after 3 days DPD send it back to Huawei. And this is where the biggest problems arises. You can't contact Huawei, only be email which took them a week to reply to tell me that my order is ready to be returned. How the F I can return something I don't have? Literally they stole my 400 quid and I I'm calling a legal department...

No customer service - only a superficial appearance of one.

Let make it clear from the outset, Huawei have NO UK customer support. No phone line to call, only an email form to fill in to which they do not reply to. They recently closed all UK call centers. The chatbot is pathetic and just directs you to the email form. They also make this difficult, you have to be emailed an authentication code and have only one minute to submit it before it expires. Most emails do not land in one minute and then you have to race against time to input the code, or try again, and again.

Sneakily they are giving a superficial appearance of supplying customer service (e.g. an email form, chatbot) for legal reasons but the truth is they are uncontactable. It's dishonest business practice to say the least.

About 7 months ago I bought a gt3 pro smart watch for £680 direct from them. I then moved to Australia and after a month noted an intermittent speaker fault and battery drainage issue making it unusable. At the time they had call centers still, and so I did get through to customer service. Despite Huawei operating repair centres out here they made me post it back to the UK to be repaired under warranty, at my expense. I then paid to have the watch posted back after "repair" only to find it suffering the exact same faults and hence remains unusable.

Now all UK call centers have closed. The barrier of the chatbot and pretend email form is working well. Despite several successful email forms being completed, chat bot conversations, messaging them on Facebook and also emailing any Huawei account no repair has been booked from my UK address. It's so funny all the Facebook message response is "please email us during office hours" even when you do just that, it's laughable.

I've been ripped off and there is nothing I can do about it. Don't be like me, don't buy Huawei.
