Popped in store for a Boss watch battery replacement and was served by a lovely young lady called Katie. She took care removing the back then tested the old battery making sure it was dead before replacing with a new one. All done in a few minutes with no fuss. Have used them before and will again.

The item i wanted wasn't in stock, so Parys ordered it for me for next day delivery. She was really helpful and engaging, which was great for me as a first time customer. I got a call the next day from one of the team and collected the item from the store. Again, Parys was on hand to help me. Overall a great experience. Thank you

I went into H.Samuel Cannock today to get some links to take out of my watch bracelet. Amy & Parys were in and were very happy to help. I would totally recommend purchasing from this shop, as it was a lovely environment to be in 😁🫶

Went to the Cannock branch to buy a chain for a pendant having previously not had any satisfaction at another local jewellers. Both Parys and Becky were very helpful and pleasant in being able to help us get what we wanted and being able to attach the chain to our pendant quickly and skilfully.
Thanks to both, we would recommend them and use them in the future.

We were served straight away by parys, she helped us find the right size for our rings and talked us through all the insurance and everything. Very well organised and stress free.

Parys was extremely helpful locating an item that is out of stock virtually everywhere. She found the item in the correct size and reserved it for us to collect.

I was served by a lovely lady named Donna who was very helpful and informative on the jewellery I was interested in and helped me in choosing the right necklace for my daughter. Would definitely recommend.

My experience in buying a bracelet for a family members Birthday present was absolutely fantastic with the help from Parys ( in-store assistant) who was friendly,listened to what I wanted,gave great advice to my choice and showed me another design (to suit my price bracket )which I liked more and purchased and I was given a demo on the jewellery cleaning cloth I had enquired about which I also purchased and has cleaned my jewellery up to its clean and sparkly effect just like new at a great price. There was also a larger square red gift box which I purchased and Parys lined this with red tissue paper,a small blank gift card with my purchase already gift packed in a lovely red box which fitted into this larger gift box.
The service I received off Parys was excellent and she is a great asset to the company. I will certainly be shopping in Samuels again 😊👍. Thank you Parys x

Purchased our engagement rings in August last year at the cannock branch and was served by Donna she couldn't have been more helpful a lovely lady . We then visited last week to choose our wedding rings we had the pleasure of being served by Donna Katie and Hannah. I went in to ask about having my ears re-pierced but Hannah was able get a pair in the existing holes really quickly! No pressure to buy expensive earrings either. She really helped put me at ease as I can be a bit squeamish with things like that. Great service from her as well as from the first lady we spoke to (although I didn't get her name).

My husband and I went into the Cannock store to buy a cheap stop gap ring whilst my engagement ring was being repaired.
Hannah was our assistant and I advised how I wished I had not bought a gold and diamond cluster as this was the second time I had lost a diamond.
She showed us a stunning half carat platinum ring, which was amazing value. My husband bought it for me and I cannot fault the help and guidance by Hannah. She instinctively knew exactly what I wanted and the quality and after care is amazing.
