I am really disappointed with the tester.I have used 9 of the 10 test strips supplied with the kit,and had 2 successful results. I won't be buying anymore strips as they are relatively expensive especially with this sort of success.I have read and followed all the instructions thoroughly.I feel I have wasted my money, and I will now have to look elsewhere for a tester.

This next day delivery is a fiddle
I paid for a test kit for a friend who thought she had been spiked and it was important to get this kit the same day . I paid for next day delivery and not only have l wasted that money but now there is little chance of getting any result due to the delay. I will never use this company again they should not say next day delivery and charge for it if they cannot do this. This is a fiddle.

Very unsatisfactory
I purchased an item many months ago and it never arrived. I contacted the business and was told they would investigate with the post office. They came back and said they couldn’t get proof of delivery from them. I said that’s because the item was never delivered. I asked for the item to be sent again. Instead of doing so, I was asked if perhaps someone else could have intercepted the parcel at my property. After having made a purchase, I would expect to have an item delivered. Currently I’m out of pocket and am questioning this ‘business’ because they acting in an unprofessional manner. Is there an ombudsman or such like for not receiving items you’ve ordered?? I shall be looking into this further.
