No-show viewing
I am in the early stages of using Hizzy and so far, the actual website has been good. I think the concept is brilliant and can't quite believe nobody has done something like this before. Customer Services have been extremely helpful and very quick to respond. However, after having cleaned and tidied my house for a viewing this morning to have them not show up (or get in contact to cancel), this is just a reminder that even when not using estate agents, selling your house is still one of the most stressful things you can do.

It's really frustrating to have a no show viewing after spending time cleaning and tidying your property.
We are always looking to improve the Hiizzy platform and will reflect on how we can prevent/reduce no shows. That said, no shows can also happen with estate agent viewings also and appreciate it’s very frustrating.

I have high hopes for Hiizzy. It was surprisingly simple to create my property listing and clever use of AI meant I didn't have to write a long description - it was all done for me. I'm excited to see how Hiizzy disrupts the house selling market. It's exactly what the industry needs.

Slick, Easy and Professional
I used Hiizzy to list my home last month and I have to say, the whole process was seamless from start to finish.
Easy to follow instructions and takes no time at all to set up. Allows you to create your own floorplan and you can put as much or as little detail as you like (the AI description writer is ideal)! I’m not the most creative but the whole website was really helpful and really makes the upload look professional.
Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to sell your home!
