Discontinued hinge plate
The product I needed and ordered via a link from Hardware Source was not correct. I later found that the plate I need ed to replace a broken one is no longer available. The pictures on the website did not match the products available. Surprisingly, the plate I need is still shown in sets including the entire hinge assembly.

I did not receive my total order
I did not receive my total order. Hinges were in a paper bag loose. I ordered 8 hinges and 9 #10 wood screws and 16 #6 wood screws. I only received 8 of the #6. I did not call company. I went to local hardware store and purchased. Poor packaging and or picking of order. Happy with product and quick shipment.

One on one interaction is very helpful; I would suggest for every order to assign an agent in the event a customer has a question. Customer service will ensure your customers come back. I am willing to pay more for that one on one because in the end, if I get exactly what I need then it can actually save me money.
