Reading HLC - poor service paid for laser hair therapy which made me lose hair instead of gain. I was told l would receive 2 free sessions of platelet rich plasma for aftercare which never happened.
Do not waste your time and money!!!

I paid £1500 on 29/7/2020, as I was losing my hair and Jake told me that I was a perfect candidate for the laser and minoxidil treatment to work.
I was also told that the Regrowth would stay for at least 10 years. After the treatment course was finished , I was happy with the results. However within a few months the hair started to fall out again.
I purchased a laser led helmet at a fraction of the price ( from a different supplier ) and started to use it on a regular basis, but without the minoxidil it didn’t work.

I went back to HLC Brighton to see Jake as I needed the minoxidil for a sensitive scalp. I told him how disappointed I was and I felt I should at least get some minoxidil for free. He offered me three bottles at half price and charged me full price for the vitamins.
So no help at all unless I was prepared to keep paying out at the full price.
I wish I had researched this more and not gone by their website and the positive reviews shown.
I could have treated myself for a fraction of the cost , as its now obvious to me that this needs to be a permanent treatment.
I have now contacted my credit card company , in the hope that I can get some of my money back.
Please take care when dealing with these people.

I had suffer alopecia for about 15 and had tried lots of treatments but nothing had really worked. I started to have low laser treatment at Shrewsbury and after about 6 months all my bald patches had started to grown back and a year down the line my hair is much thicker and I’m really pleased with the results. Joe and Nikki at Shrewsbury were great answered all my questions and I would highly them and the treatment.

After watch the TV program featuring HLC and see the amazing results achieved by the clients I decided to try it for myself . So , I booked a course of treatment at the Blackburn clinic .I was treated by Carla who recommended a course of treatment and from start to finish the care and attention throughout the treatment with her was first class .I am delighted to say the treatment worked and my hair is back to how it was years ago I would highly recommend this .

I began suffering from alopecia around 15 years ago after a stressful situation at my place of work at the time. I initially went private and was prescribed a steroid treatment that was to be applied externally everyday. I didn’t carry on as it didn’t seem to make much of an impact. I had tried various shampoos and hair treatments over the years and my hair would on and off have waves of being very thin and slightly thicker. I then got to around Feb 2021 and my hair was in a really bad way, very thin and some patches. I have dark hair and Asian skin and therefore it was very noticeable to see my scalp. I was down about it and my confidence was at an all time low. I thought I’d bite the bullet and investigated laser hair therapy. I had no recommendations to go by and so just read reviews online. I decided to try Birmingham Hair Loss clinic and even though I was sceptical, I thought ‘really what have I got to lose!’ Joe was very supportive and was sure it would make a difference. I started to notice the changes within the first 2 months. I was religious about using the products properly and as recommended. Gradually my hair looked thicker and the thinning hair lines looked much thicker. By the end of my 6 month treatment, I was really happy with the results. I carried on with the products and my confidence and low self esteem have really improved. I wish I began the treatment sooner and could not recommend the clinic enough.

I had tried everything to stop my hairloss. I had suffered since the birth of my twins 7 years ago and I had tried everything. Even doctors couldn't help. My husband found Birmingham HLC and contacted Joe at Oldbury. Our experience from start to finish was amazing. After 4 months I noticed my hair loss had completely slowed down, pretty much to normal. I finished my laser treatment in February and continue with their products as the results have been incredible. My friends and family have noticed how much better my hair is. Rick has been brilliant from day one. At my consultation he explained all the different procedures and what would work best for me without adding any pressure.

I m in 3rd month of my treatment and i cannot be more happier and satisfied with results.

I have been a client at HLC Epping since July 2021. From the moment I met Dan I felt at ease and was happy with the initial consultation so I decided to sign up for laser treatment and also a hair transplant. For personal reasons I had to delay the hair transplant side of the treatment until January 2022. However during the interim period I had regular visits to Epping to have the laser treatment. After about 4 or 5 visits I along with many others all noticed the difference in the volume of my hair. It had noticeably become thicker and I was very happy with these initial results. As time passed it has got better and better and I have just undergone transplant surgery at the clinic which was organised by Dan through the HLC brand. Early indications are that the surgery has been successful and I am looking forward to seeing what the coming months bring. All in all I can say the experience at the Clinic was very professional from start to finish and the care and attention received during the whole procedure was excellent and I would say to anyone who is having any doubts that they should definitely have no worries at all and they should go ahead with the surgery.

Just finished my 6 months laser with some sessions of PRP. I’m a middle aged lady who was suffering after menopause.The treatment is very easy to follow.Very happy with the results of the treatment, my hair is thicker stronger and the texture the best it’s ever been.Everything went as the consultant stated from the outset and wasn’t over promised.The clinic is always welcoming and professional and Carla is very attentive and always puts me at ease. From Hayley who took my initial enquiry to Carla my laser technician i can’t recommend this company high enough. Thank you 🙏🏻

After experiencing hair loss I attended the Carlisle clinic where Rick welcomed me, put me at ease and assessed my problem and set out his recommendations, at no time did I feel under pressure to follow a treatment plan but I am so pleased I did.
The results have been amazing and have given me back my confidence. I can't thank Rick enough.

I’ve not long just had my treatment with these guys and what more could I say… absolutely Amazing! I honestly couldn’t be happier! I had my consultation with Ashley and it couldn’t have been any better! He’s such a down to earth guy and just wanted to help anyway he could and you could just see that straight away. The way he was with me, couldn’t have been anymore professional. It didn’t feel like an interview, he was so welcoming and calmed the nerves I had down straight away! He had a good chat with me about the products I would use and how the treatment will go & the thought of the results sold it to me! I’m starting to feel like a new person again and no longer feeling anxious about going out. Such nice people all round. I definitely would recommend.

I have just completed a 6 Month Laser Treatment at the Liverpool clinic. I went there not knowing too much about Hair Loss as I’m in my seventies.

However in early 2021 my hair really started to fall out and you could visually see it was thinning. After 6 months of treatment attending on Wednesday mornings I was able to get my hair back to full health.

I would really recommend this treatment for anyone struggling with Hair Loss. Jordan was always helpful and very professional throughout the process.

Overwhelmed!!

I was very dubious to the outcome of any hair loss treatment, however, after six months Laser Treatment which was painless thank god, and easy to follow I'm basically speechless, for me its worked wonders and most of mates have commented at how well I look, my confidence is through the roof, first time in many years.
