Nice to advertise but too many third party ads

This app is actually the best,When looking for Job,Searching for companies, an Also a good app for selling any products u want,most suitable for unemployed people, they get real helping

Great app and very easy to use. Makes buying and selling a breeze

The free ads are great and easy to place. However every ad I have placed in the past weeks has attracted scam artists to the extent that I won't be using gumtree in future. It is such a hassle to feed thru the dishonest people and organisations. Sad, but that is how it is.

Gumtree use to be great. Used them for many years but lately, as a seller, your images disappear from your ads even after uploading.
So you keep uploading your images on your ads and they keep disappearing. The ad is still there, just without images so no more sales, either. :-(

I replied to an ad on gumtree and the seller was a complete racist, hurling racist remarks at me because i repuested a picture of the item he is selling. I reported to gumtree but as expected they are not interested in matters regarding racism or even customer care.

The last few occasions I've used this 'service' has been a monumental waste of time. Gumtree seems to be filled with scam artists, con artists & time wasters. I've ended up either keeping the items or selling them elsewhere.

I contacted customer service for information and got a reply after 3 or 4 days that they were not interested. I knew when l first sent my message that they would act like all other Gumtree companies and although they have no interest they are spamming me daily telling me to post. Keep away from them unless you like spammers.

I bought two used vehicles for sale on Gumtree and did not have any scammer incidents.
As far as i know Gumtree is really up to date with the latest trends in scams.

I have no complaints about the app.
