I have been with Gravitas Q agency since September 2025. I have seen so much success with them. The campaigns they offer are fantastic. You do not pay anything to be in the agency. Tiktok pays them to train you and keep you going as a live host. They are one of the largest, most respected agencies on Tiktok.

I have enjoyed GQ throughout my tiktok journey. They have helped me immensely and they are all so kind.

Since joining GravitasQ, I’ve genuinely felt right at home. From day one, they’ve supported me in achieving great things while helping me truly realise my potential. What stands out most is that you’re never alone as there’s always someone available, someone you can reach out to, and someone who genuinely cares when you need support.

They go above and beyond in ways you don’t always expect. The competitions they create are not only exciting but push you to level up, because let’s be real, who wouldn’t want to win a hot tub? 🤗 It’s that perfect mix of fun and motivation.

What really makes GravitasQ special though is the community. They actively come into chats, help keep the energy high, and even boost morale with little gestures like gifting a cheeky Leon the Kitty or a Wolf. They don’t have to do that, but they choose to. And that speaks volumes about the kind of family they’re building.

Joining GravitasQ was hands down the best decision I made when starting on TikTok. I had other agency options, but after doing my research and learning about GQ, I knew this was where I belonged—and I’ve never looked back.

The training from GQ truly helped me learn how to build a community and be a successful live host. The managers have always been helpful and truly listen to me when I have suggestions or don’t agree with something suggested for my live stream.

⭐️ 1 Star – Misleading onboarding and an overemphasis on battles

I was recruited to Gravitas-Q through TikTok Messenger. From the start, I was very clear that my content doesn’t involve battles and that I wasn’t interested in doing them. I was assured multiple times that battles were not a requirement, that there was no heavy reliance on them, and that there was plenty of non-battle content and support available.

After joining, my experience was very different. During the first week of instruction, several of the training platforms were focused specifically on battles, and even the ones that weren’t still referenced battles repeatedly—graduation battles, arranging battles, preparing for battles, and so on.

When I was assigned my manager, I again explained that I wasn’t interested in battles. I was told there was “loads of support” for creators who didn’t want to battle—yet the very next question I received was, “Did you arrange your battle?” This happened multiple times, despite me clearly stating my position. It didn’t feel like my experience or preferences were being listened to or taken into account.

I did receive a call to discuss my experience, which I genuinely appreciated. The customer service on that call was good, and I was told again that Gravitas-Q doesn’t focus on battles. However, based on the actual content, staff interactions, and repeated pressure to arrange one, my experience was the opposite.

In my view, Gravitas-Q is heavily battle-focused, regardless of what’s said during recruitment. For that reason, and because the process didn’t feel tailored to what I communicated, I’m giving a 1-star rating based on my personal journey—although I do want to acknowledge and thank the team for taking the time to reach out and discuss my concerns.

I'm sure the platform may be great for some. Evidently not me.

The best agency I know for sure! Been with gravQ now for a year and a half, the surrport has been amazing and I can’t fault them for all the hard work they do behind the scenes!

THE WORST DECISION OF MY WHOLE TIKTOK LIFE WAS TO BE IMPRISONED IN GRAVITASQ WHEN THEY TREAT ME LIKE A GHOST. NO HELP NO WORD FROM THEM NO NOTHING. JUST TRAPPED IN A PRISON OF SILENCE AS IF I'M NO ONE AND A GHOST TO THEM

I wonder if they actual care. The way they allow thier signed agents to treat people on sensitive subject matters like Abortion in order to make gains is aweful and now a trend on the app. I was ready to apply and the way 4 of thier popular female agents act is appalling and changed my mind about applying. Don't want to represent or be apart of something so vulgar.
