All of my rings fit perfectly and look exactly like what I ordered. They were delivered in a bubble wrap padded envelope together and individually boxed inside. Very happy with my purchase :)

Easy to navigate website- communications excellent and any information was sent to me promptly. Kept up to date with all aspects of the transaction.

My order was processed easily and quickly and it arrived within a few days. The staff in the store were very helpful. I was looking for a Nomination charm which could be engraved. I had points accrued on the Grace & Co loyalty scheme however when I tried to use them in store the assistant told me they could only be redeemed online. They apparently have two different loyalty schemes and I wasn’t aware of this. The assistant helped me to input my order online to take advantage of the amount I had accrued. Just a suggestion though - please amalgamate the different loyalty schemes! Thank you Grace & Co staff.

I’ve been a customer with Grace & Cole for a while now and each time I have never been disappointed.
I had some points that I collected so I used them as part payment and used them towards a Pandora birthstone dangle knot charm. I chose December and it’s stunning, it reminds me of the sleeping beauty turquoise, bright and beautiful.
I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase and delivery was very good as well.

I regret not checking the reviews before visiting the Northampton store. I was advised a ring repair would take one week; two weeks and two store visits later, the ring has only just been sent off, so still not repaired. The most frustrating part isn't the delay, but the fact that I’ve had to do all the chasing. Communication is non-existent, and the staff seem to provide conflicting information every time I walk through the door. Very upset with this experience.
