This web site was recommended by friends but I was very disappointed. My order was small but nevertheless expected better service. I ordered jan 5 2015. After a number of days I knew it was not dispatched. I must have phoned twenty times. Answering machine all the time. I eventually e mailed. Got a prompt reply that they received it but due to volume of e mails I would not hear from them for 48 hours or more and it was more. Eventually got e mail andrca it was dispatched that day. The whole process took well over two weeks. I was very disappointed in the whole service. I thought it would have been dispatched in 24 hours. I will

Extra discount for paying via paypal. It was simple to order, the product, clicker mitts arrived very quickly, package well, no problems. I would definitely use this company again.

I purchased my Callaway wedge from the well presented site. I had a slight problem as the one they sent was a graphite shaft and I wanted steel. I rang and rang there customer services but all you get is the answer phone. I emailed customer service to get an automated response that someone would be in touch within 48 hours, nearly 1 week later and not a call or mail. Very disappointed in the after sales. Make sure you order exactly what you want as trying to set up a call back seems impossible

I placed an order on sunday 2015-01-11. It didn't contain any custom fitted products and everything was in store. The order was shipped on monday 2015-01-19, which in my opinion is to slow. It shouldn't take that long to ship the order. Now it is evening on monday 2015-01-26, and I still haven't recieved any products. I live in Sweden so I can accept some delay, but this is not okay. One of the product was birthday gift for my son, but that was yesterday... On account of slow order handling and long shipping times, I can not recommend GolfStoreEurope.

Two weeks passed since I bought a standard golf driver on the golfStoreEurope and I haven't received the product yet! This is not an acceptable level of service!

NOW WE ARE JANUARY THE 26TH 2015 AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY CLUBS YET. NOBODY ANSWER TO MY EMAILS AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO JOIN THEM BY PHONE.
I AM WONDERING IF I CAN RECEIVE THEM OR ARE THEY ON BANKRUPT??
OF COURSE THEY HAVE ALREADY TAKEN THE MONEY 759 EUROS ON DEC EMBER 19TH 2014.... SO CAREFULL DON'T BUY ON THIS WEBSITE

I originally order a club that was not avaliable in the spec I wanted. The team was very accommodating and I order another club instead.

Items claimed to be in stock were not and deliveries took too long to come, some up to 6 weeks. They don't part ship so you get nothing if you order a number of items and one is not in stock but don't let you know anything unless you chase them.. Response then is not very quick either. Probably other better sites around

I waited for a few days after I placed my order which was showing everything in stock to be told that the spikes I ordered were not available until February? The Items did arrive eventually after about 1 week.
I personally will not be using this golf store again.

GE have an easy to readwebsite, which gives the exact prices in my currancy and exactly what the postage will be. My order was quickly confirmed and delivered to me in Scandinavia, straight in my post boks. What could be simpler. Definately use them again.
