We can mention that the developer of your home purchased your smart home security system as part of your build, we installed the system along wth a high number of homes across multiple sites for that developer over the course of 5 years, without any concern for workmanship.
You are not and were never in any maintenance or monitoring contract with us, you did however pay only for your app control and cloud storage. You did not sign up to any support, professional monitoring, warranty cover any any stage.
We installed your system in your home, and to say none of it works is not true our back-data can confirm on installation the system was fully operational.. the topic of hand here is of a doorbell camera that was working and for whatever reason lost power. it continues to work intermittently, we asked to check the wiring on itself, which we didn't do, we only integrated to it, We advised that this is not covered under any maintenance plan or contract as you did not avil of one, and we advised we could specifically book an engineer to drive 3 hours to your home but it would have a very low modest call out charge you refused to pay this, after some over and back we said in jan 2025 we would send an engineer around free of charge when we have him in the area which you accepted, we have not had an engineer yet in your area and as you didn't want to pay for call out you where on the waiting list.
we heard from you again this week, we advised the same and you didnt like that once again. our team advised this was final and you decided to leave a review which we are fine with. we offered you the option to help, our team was never rude but firm on the options and we do apologize our support team who have fantastic customer relations skills haven't got PHD's in writing as you mentioned
