Awful experience, wouldn’t recommend

We contacted the company as per the email and arrived at the “car park” after 20 minutes, we were greeted by a closed gate so I rang the same number and they gave me a code to enter the site, the instructions on where to park were difficult to follow as the site was dark but we understood that we were to park near the “green bunker” I did so and the receiver of the call told me that it was fine where we were parked and we were able to keep our keys. We were told the “bus” had just left and we would be getting an Uber instead. We then waited around 20 minutes for the Uber to arrive and were eventually greeted by the receiver of the call and the uber at the same time, the receiver told me that they’d need to move our car so would need the keys, we weren’t given any “receipt” as specified on the original email I received. We were then dropped at the 1 hour free car park at LBA.

Upon our return this is where the problems started. I rang the number from the email and was told to wait in the baggage collection area as the driver would take 20 minutes to arrive so I would receive a call when the driver is 5 minutes away so we could walk down to the car park. I then received another call from a different number 5 minutes after the original call saying that the company couldn’t find my booking, I told them as many details as possible and they said that my booking had been put down as a “no show”. I was then called again 11 minutes later and told that everything was ok and again that the driver would be there to pick me up in 20 minutes I let this slide as there was obviously some sort of mix up. After 20 minutes I called one of the 3 numbers and it was received by a different person again and I was told that the driver would be with me in another 20-30 minutes after already waiting over 35 minutes - at this point in the cold as we had not received any communication and headed out of the baggage area into the smoking area as we were getting impatient due to the long wait time.

I argued the point that we had already waited 35 minutes and was told by the operator that there’s nothing they could do and hung up immediately, I then rang back instantly and was received with a terrible attitude and told at the end of the conversation that we should head towards the 1 hour car park as the driver was there

we headed down to the car park and want sure where to look and found 2 gentlemen one of which I recognised from the trip out we put our bags into the back of the van and headed towards the car park where we had originally left our car. On the way the driver stopped and dropped off the other gentleman in the vehicle and we were told that the company had paid for 10 spaces in the premier inn car park. I didn’t think anything of this as the driver was talking about all sorts of random things. We were about 10 minutes away from the airport parking lot and the driver received a phone call (this didn’t connect to hands free) and he said he’d have to answer. He carried on driving and answered his phone, the person on the phone said that they couldn’t find a car which was the same make and model as my vehicle and the driver said the the person on the phone to “keep looking and let me know”. He then received another call a couple of minutes later - he again answered it whilst driving - to which he stated that the car they were looking for was blue (the colour of my car) and the same make and model. I asked him if the vehicle they had “lost” was mine and he said “no it’s someone else’s”. When we eventually arrived at the airport parking lot 1 hour 15 minutes after my original call we drove to where I had parked my car and it wasn’t there, we then proceeded to the corner of the “parking lot” and the driver said can I see my car I said yes and pointed it out. We then got out of the van collected our bags and the driver said you might want to leave your bags in the can as the drive we had dropped off had my keys we then had to wait a further 15 minutes for the other driver to arrive. We were offered 20% discount by the gentleman who drove us to the car park but not received anything yet and I’m not expecting to from the previous contact I had with them.

All in all a dreadful experience and very stressful, would not recommend to anyone.

Good experience

Just to make it clear this is for the Glasgow car park.
The signage for carpark not great but there was someone waiting for us to guide us to the large gated compound. Our car was taken away to be parked up, got in shuttle vehicle with another couple , the drop off fee was split between us. Pick up was good had to wait 10 mins. Our car had not been moved was exactly the same as we left it. Would definitely recommend.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM. THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST SCAM. DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE. We came back to Dubai airport they’d used all the petrol and the car had been smoked in and there was a burn mark in the upholstery. Our car has been ruined by these SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Cannot be trusted. More than a week and the smell is still in the car. DO NOT USE

Good friendly service but be aware of additional £14 charges

Good friendly service, speedy transfer to the airport from the car park (found easily with postcode given on email, signage small but present). Nice not to have to wait like at a big car park where you would be on a communal bus. Only factor that you need to be aware of, which was on the email but not obvious on the website is that you have to pay the car park fee on drop off and collection so cost is an extra £14 - might not be the best value option as a result. But good otherwise.

I arranged pick and drop on Dubai…

I arranged pick and drop on Dubai airport terminal 3. Pick up was fine. On return the car was delivered nearly one hour late. I an my wife waited on the kerb side with luggage. The car was then brought to a different place to where we were told to wait. When we finally got our car back it stank of cigarette smoke. There was cigarette burn on front passenger seat. Th care had been used in our absence as we left nearly 230 km range petrol and only 70 km was left. We complained on the WhatsApp number we had as yet have had no response. Very poor experience.

Super easy

Super easy. Shuttle took us to the airport straight away and when we landed we only had a 10 minute wait. Super friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
My only feedback would be some signage outside of the parking lot and on the shuttles themselves. Otherwise all communication was easy via what's app or phone. Thanks

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company.

I paid £49.90 for a Glasgow Airport Meet & Greet service and received absolutely nothing in return. Instead, my car was left in the Holiday Inn car park in Glasgow for 5 days, completely unattended. During this time, I was repeatedly told my vehicle was “safe” and being properly looked after — which was clearly untrue.

As a direct result, I have now been issued with a £100 parking charge because of where they abandoned my vehicle.

Despite confirming that I would receive a refund, I have still not received my £49.90 back, nor any proof that it has been processed.

I have since read other reviews and noticed they are almost entirely either 5★ or 1★, with very little in between — which is concerning and reflects how inconsistent this service appears to be.

I am now pursuing a chargeback and will be reporting this matter to Trading Standards and the relevant authorities, as I feel I have been seriously misled and taken advantage of.

Based on my experience, I would strongly urge others to think very carefully before using this company.

I had an absolutely awful experience with Go Airport Parking Leeds Bradford from start to finish and would strongly advise others to avoid.

The night before our booking (we were due to arrive at 4am), we messaged to confirm someone would be there to pick us up. This was confirmed, and we were told to ring a specific number on arrival. However, when we got there and tried calling multiple times, the phone was switched off—even though our text messages were still going through.

Eventually, I received a call back from a completely different number. When I questioned this, I was told the driver had “two SIM cards,” which immediately felt unprofessional and concerning. We were directed to an industrial estate where the gates were closed, there was no one around, no reception, and no way to get through to anyone.

We ended up stranded at 4am, waiting for them to call us back. They eventually arranged a taxi, which then cancelled because of the one-hour free stay rule at the airport. After even more waiting, another taxi finally arrived about 20 minutes later. By this point, we were extremely stressed and uneasy about leaving our car in what felt like an insecure, deserted location.

The return journey was no better. I messaged again that morning to confirm a driver (not a taxi) would be there to collect us. Despite this, after landing and calling as instructed, I was told yet again that all drivers were “busy” and a taxi would be sent instead. This made no sense given we had pre-booked.

We were assured the taxi would be waiting when we exited the airport, but instead we were left standing in the cold and rain at 11pm for another 20 minutes. When the taxi finally arrived, it wasn’t even at the agreed pickup point.

Overall, this was a completely stressful and poorly managed experience. There was a clear lack of organisation, communication, and reliability throughout. I would never use this service again and strongly recommend others steer clear.

The person I was in touch with has now blocked me even though he reassured me I would receive a refund and I’ve had no response to my formal complaint. This will be getting taken further to trading standards as they are complete liars.

Picked up in 5 mins once we phoned from pickup point at Glasgow Airport.

Stranded in Middle of Night With Young Kids and No Car

We were lied to. NO DRIVER WAS AVAILABLE TO RETURN MY CAR. I used this service in the last couple of weeks at Leeds Bradford airport.
The drop off was okay although they claimed I had given them the wrong time and they would put an added charge on my account - turns out they had put the wrong time on their own form and this was resolved at the drop off.

On the journey back, we followed the instructions and called, to be told the driver was 30 mins away. We called again to make sure we were waiting in the correct car park (well after midnight), and were told yes, the driver is now 20 minutes away. No driver ever appeared and over an hour we had to phone repeatedly. We were eventually told, 'it's 5 minutes away', 'it's 2 minutes away'. That time passed and no one ever phoned me back and no car ever turned up. It was a very windy 7 degrees, we had 4 check in bags, 4 hand-carrys, a 7 year old and a 5 year old and myself almost 7 months pregnant. We were absolutely freezing, kids were crying, but we didn't walk all the way back to the terminal as according to them the car was 'so close by'.
Eventually we got a random phone call from someone completely different who apologised and said there was a taxi waiting to bring US to OUR car in the long-term storage facility, because no driver had ever turned up to drive our car to us and there was no driver ever on his way.

We then barely fit in a small taxi with all our things, and travelled over 4 miles to a random warehouse in Bradford, where we were reunited with our car and then had to drive an extended journey home from there.

I have made a complaint to the company via email and requested a refund. They have been in touch with me multiple times and asked me to submit reams of evidence and screenshots, which I did, and have since stopped responding to any of my emails with no reason given as to why. I have given them plenty of notice to resolve this but they've chosen to stop engaging.
I will now have to try and resolve this through other means.

A 1st Class service.

A 1st Class service delivered by this new company to the Glasgow Airport off-site parking scene. With very competitive pricing these guys extended a courteous and slick solution. I was impressed by there local parking facility which is secured like “Fort Knox” and monitored 24/7. Swift pick up in a comfortable people carrier for my full family. Will definitely use again.

This is a scam!

Do not use this company for Glasgow airport! It’s a scam! Takes you to a place that is not a car park. You eventually get a number to call, all foreign ppl telling you they will direct you to a car park, promise call backs that never happen! Such a stressful morning before catching a flight! Managed to get last minute parking with Flying Scot company who were excellent! DO NOT USE GO AIRPORT PARKING!
