I bought a new pair of shoes for my son in September. They are now broken and I have send pictures of the shoes for prove to their email. No response on email, whatsapp or phone. So buttom line: I got the shoes that I paid for within a few day - and nothing to worry about until you need to get in touch with them. So no respons means no refund or new pair of shoes. Bad service!

I had a very disappointing experience with Go Sport. I purchased a bicycle on 9 January, and it was defective from the first use. The pedal gear was already damaged, making the bicycle unusable.

I contacted the store and customer service, but they refused to repair or replace the bicycle and did not handle the issue professionally.

This is unacceptable for a well-known retailer. I do not recommend buying bicycles from Go Sport due to poor quality control and customer service.

I dealt with Greg who was accusatory. We purchased a Slammo XL and a leg broke on first use. Despite their enclosure to contact them before a negative review because they will do everything possible to make thing right - he basically said we were at fault -that is bullshit. I will never purchase from this company again.

I have several of these GoSports products and have been thoroughly satisfied with the items I have purchased for our family entertainment and for all my son's baseball equipment. Especially those rubber baseballs that are good to use in any weather.

Fast delivery of a 35" golf club (putter) that was better than I expected. Nice grip and flat spot for thumb to keep club face square to the ball.
Good value for the money.

Delivery is earlier than expected. Product was great on our vacation.

I placed an order online and 2 weeks later, still have not received it. They refuse to answer any of my emails. Avoid shopping here at all costs, it is not worth the hassle. This company is a huge scam, that steals money from hard-working people. Very disappointed.

Cheap products and rude customer service. Bought husband steel target hangers and two can’t even hold up a light weight 8 inch gong 1/4 inch!! Tried using 4 and still bent enough to drop off. Hardware for 2x4 frame very brittle after 2 months outside in mild weather. 1 piece showed up with piece broke off and was not in box so happened at factory and got shipped anyways. If you must buy from them, keep your receipt because I ordered 3rd party and didn’t keep receipt. It’s obvious there’s because has there logo on it in pics I sent. Try highland brand great CS and products. In fact I ordered off amazon different item did not realize was go sports. Sending back just cuz of what company it is.

Terrible company. I got several target items. Two hooks couldn't even hold up 1 8" 3/8 gong. Sent tons of pictures of how they bent over. Since I could not remember what internet company bought from. I had no receipt. You could see were brand new. Lady was a winch. They wont back product

got duped into signing up to this website, not sure how. now they keep charging my credit card with "Credit" contacted them to cancel whatever it is and they won't refund me.
AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

The Lot Balls product is very good and seems to have just as much good quality and durability as blitzballs. They’re way cheaper and are just as good in my opinion.

I had very poor experience with city center branch
1st by 9.35pm the 2 staff security kept telling me and my family that we have only 5 minutes to go, even that the shop official closing is by 10pm and we had to cut our shopping for limited items in hand to leave earlier before 10pm with the rude insistence by the security

2nd during 30min inside the shop trying to find the items size that suite my kids a, I had no staff around which made my experience worse. The funny that at last few minutes before we leave suddenly all staff showed around but not to help , only to arrange goods around

I think that management has to keep an eye on such rude behaviours and sales poor attendance that stopped us from completing our purchase at your store. the only positive persons were the 2 philipena girls at the cashier

Do not order to their online..after how many days they will cancel....

I purchased a golf hitting net. After using of a few months, the net developed holes. I contacted GoSports customer support and explained my issue. I was given very easy directions to follow and I am being sent a replacement net. AWESOME HELP! Kaley and Alexander were so helpful and I can’t say thank you enough. Thank you

The cones we purchased were good enough, at least they were large in number, though I wish they were in different colors.
