Lynsey gave us the best massages we have ever had. She was extremely professional, efficient, expert and lovely too. It was so relaxing having her come to our cabin. When we are back at Forest holidays we will definitely book her again.

Anne is a total credit to your brand. I was the last person on a group pamper session to receive my treatment, but you would have thought I was the first. Anne enthusiastically explained everything and totally put me at my ease, and made me feel special.
I experienced a fabulous, informative massage that left me feeling like I was walking on air and my body was as soft as jelly, in a good way 😃

As busy parents, being able to book back to back massages so the other could watch the children allowed us both to get some very much needed TLC. Alison was fantastic and really made the experience relaxing and feel like a real treat. She was very attentive and an all round lovely lady! Thank you 😊

Communication was great. Rachel talked us through the different treatments and suggested treatments for the children as well as the adults. She responded to emails quickly. The two ladies who arrived to provide our treatments were lovely. They were friendly and professional and everyone enjoyed their treatments thoroughly. I would highly recommend Glo Pamper for their professionalism and warmth.

Good booking experience with responsive team.

On the day we had 3 therapists for 17 and a yoga teacher. The yoga teacher was great.

Out of the therapists one was great, Rupinder, one was ok, But one called Terry was demanding, stressy and completely inflexible. She got to the house and kicked up a fuss when there was no need and was rude to one of the other therapists and guest. She also let her husband ans dog into the house without warning and it happened that some girls were getting ready at that time. If she had been a bit friendlier and less faffing, it would have been a much better experience overall.

Denise and Karen were great. They came to our cabin in Blackwood Forest where they provided massages and facials. They arrived promptly and we throughly enjoyed our treatments. They brought everything they needed with the which was so easy for us. Excellent, and we will certainly use them again if we come back to Forect Holidays.

We had a 5 star experience with our first therapist and were eagerly looking forward to our longer treatments later in the week but sadly we were disappointed and would only give that therapist/experience 2 stars. She messaged to say she would he a couple of minutes late but in actual fact was nearly 50 minutes late. She was totally uninterested and didn't seem to want to be there and kept sighing and yawning throughout. The massage was terrible and wasn't at all tailored to the requested pressure or problem areas. Reflexology had been booked but all I got was a half hearted stroke of the feet. Very disappointed and felt like a waste of money. The therapist earlier in the week was fantastic and the 2 experiences were night and day so I do think it depends who you get. Like I said at the top of the review it would have been 5 stars if we hadn't have had the 2nd experience.

**Edited to add the way the company have dealt with the issues for the 2nd therapist has been 5 star and I would be happy to use them again. Thank you for taking the issues seriously and being quick with your response**

My therapist arrived early. She was extremely professional and explained that I would need to change my treatments due to my zinc allergy. Unfortunately, all the products contained zinc.

My massages were the best I’ve ever had! I feel amazing and I definitely recommend this company.

The Therapist was absolutely amazing, she kept up the strength and pressure of all 9 massages, very talented! Lovely music playing and was able to fully relax during the massage. Thank you

I booked this for my partner while we were on holiday in Dorset, She was incredibly pleased with the service ( even helped her poorly shoulder ), and because she said it was fantastic that makes me very very happy, Thankyou to Glo for making her happy & relaxed.

We had a great experience, both ladies were brilliant, made us feel relaxed from the start. Highly recommend the couples treatments.

The lady was nice and i enjoyed my massage. Sadly my husband wasn't too happy with his reflexology. I made a note about the hight pressure but the lady stated her hands are small for the requirements. Very expensive for what it was. Nicely smelling oil would be great.

We were really struggling to find mobile spa services for a last-minute relaxing trip to remote Mid-Wales. We booked online, not expecting much as we hadn’t had any luck elsewhere. But within 30 minutes, our booking was confirmed! The treatments were absolutely lovely and very reasonably priced, especially considering they came all the way to our remote location. I’d definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free experience.

Wendy came to our lodge for a morning of pampering and we all said they were the best treatments we’d ever had. A combination of facials and massage were brilliant, thank you Wendy!
